At first glance it's just like any other thriving metropolis in America. And I guess it probably is. From the skyscrapers to the suburbs people go about their business during the day, working, walking, driving. The street is filled with people form all walks of life. The billionaire CEO may pass the alcoholic gutter bum, and the average working joe will make eye contact with the mowhawk wearing youth. At least during the day.
But as soon as the sun goes down and the streetlights come on, things change in this city. Creatures of non-human origin come out to play. Beings of darkness walk the streets and crowd the bars and clubs. They eat, they drink, they dance and make merry. They chase prey, cause havoc and engage in mischief in the dark alleyways that have become haunted mazes in the darkness.
Just like in any city, the night life has a pulse entirely different than that of the day. In the light, you can hear the thrum of the city's heart. But at night, you can feel the Living Dead Beat.

Living Dead Beat is an Rp about the creatures of the night simply living their lives. All races are welcome, vampires, witches, werewolves, slayers, bounty hunters, elves, talking dogs it really doesn't matter.
All I ask is that you participate in an urban enviroment, and play as if your in one.
It won't be officially up just yet, but if your genuinely interested, Pm me your profile, containing your characters name, race, background and appearance. Pictures aren't necessary, but they help a lot.
The official Rp thread will be up in the Barton Town Forums sometime soon.
