iAXE393 - Help?

I have an iAXE and I really need some help.

The iAXE393 is a stratocaster that has a USB jack to hook it up to a computer as well as a jack for a regular amplifier.

My Guitar runs fine on an amp. But I'm having trouble with getting an input signal on my Windows XP desktop computer. Any other iAXE weilding guitarists out their? BTW - I'm just learning electric guitar [used more to bass]

if its USB, then chances are it came with a cd of programs, or at least drivers. did you install those?

depending on where you got it, it should have come with software that needs installing. but if you bought it second-hand, you might have to try and find the software online to download. I've seen the guitar offered on thinkgeek.com, and they have 2 programs that come with it: Guitar Combos (which is the amp program), and Audacity (which allows multi track recording).
