The day started our just like any other. Another day in busy Tokyo. Mitsuko crawled out of bed and went about her business as usual. Little did she know that this day, her life was about to be changed. She dressed in her normal every day attire, a simple pair of jeans, slightly flaired at the bottom, and a light blue tank top. She bound her long white hair up with a black sash, and went on with her day. About midday, she found herself out walking the streets, looking for something to do. It was a hot one, and she stupidly hadn't brought along any water, nor had she had anything to eat or drink for the entire day. "Ugh, I'm such an idiot", Mitsuko muttered, wiping the sweat off her brow, as another pang of hunger hit her full force, "I should probably get something to eat...". Suddenly, she began to feel woozy and lightheaded. The world began to grow fuzzy and dark, and as she fell to the ground she noticed an odd man out of the corner of her eye. His appearence was normal...but if she was right-and she surely wasn't, what with all this fuzziness-he had ice crystals hanging off him everywhere. The world went dark completely as Mitsuko hit the ground.

Mitsuko felt herself being slowly dragged out of the darkness the had consumed her moments-or had it been hours?-before. Distantly, she heard various voices, whispering about something or another, none of which she could recognize. Oddly, not that much afterwards, she felt something cold as ice touch her neck. Did one of the bystanders have ice on them? That would be refreshing, she thought-though it wasn't really a thought so much as it was a feeling-vaguely. Slowly, she began to drag herself out of her fainting spell. Mitsuko's eyelids fluttered open, and as she looked up she saw that same strange looking man, Her vision was still blurry, so she blamed it on that, but once it cleared, there could be no denying, this man was very strange. She started to try to scoot away from him, trying not to cause a panic, wondering at the same time why everyone else hadn't run away from this freakish man, and why they'd let him get so close to her. Couldn't they see there was something wrong with him?
