I'd run 4 Riftwatchers and cut out the Essence Wardens. It would make your deck more aggressive without losing out on much of the life gain. Keep in mind that life gain is not as important as damage dealing in an aggro deck. You need more Hedge Trolls too. Loyal Sentries are kinda... I dunno. I wouldn't run them, but that's just me. Ditch the Ghost Wardens, and find something more aggressive, like Mire Boa. I think Mire Boa would be a good addition to any aggro deck.
I'd use Stonewood Invocations in there. Check out Mistmeadow Skulks, too. They're a perfect target for Giant Growths and theyre kind of a pain to block.
Other creature suggestions include(I'm not going to suggest any top-dollar cards): Outrider en-Kor Children of Korlis Icatian Javelineers

Hedge Trolls are the green fellows out o' Planar Chaos that get +1/+1 if you have plains, correct?
Also, you can't go wrong with 4x Revered Dead. 3nodding For W, a 1/1 with regeneration, pretty much giving you what amounts to be an immortal chump blocker.
And, if format is no issue, I'll also second a vote for some Armadillo Cloaks.

Watchwolf is pretty solid. Maybe Quirion Dryad?
When Lorwyn is released, you get Gaddock Teeg, a solid GW 2/2 for 2 mana that prevents CMC 4 and greater/X noncreature spells from being played

Yeah, definitely cut the warden's they are really weak. They die to everything and dont contribute to the offensive. I would also cut the Llanowar Elves, Ghost Wardens, Sacred Messas, Giant Growths, and Loyal Sentries. The elves really dont do anything to speed your deck up because your curve maxes out at four and is already really efficient. Also, you have a fair amount of two drops which dont supplement the elves so well. The Ghost Wardens go because they contribute very little to the actual game plan. Essentially, they are two mana enchantments that give a different creature +1/+1 each turn. Not so good. Sacred Messa gets cut because it is really inefficient in your deck. It ties up your mana and doesnt contribute so well to the offensive. Giant Growth bites the bullet because it is simply not the best G pump spell out there. That slot is taken up by Might of Old Krosa. As an instant, it only gives a creature +2/+2 but as a sorcerry it gives the creature +4/+4. If you play it right, it shouldnt matter that it is not as good at instant speed. Another card that should not be here, is Saltcrusted Steppe because you will find that most of the time, you will not be efficiently using that storage ability. Finally, the loyal sentries go because they are too defensive. Their abilities are inherintly defensive and they are just 1/1s for 1 mana. Kinda weak.
So, now we have 15 slots to work with so what to put in?
The first card I would suggest (and i realize that this is a hefty investment moneywise but is totally worth it) is Tarmogoyf. When it comes to beat down, it does not come much faster than this guy. He is easily a 3/4 or 4/5 and even in the begining of the game, he will most probably be a 2/3. That is versatility for 2 mana. +4 Tarmogoyf 11slots remain
2 more Riftwatchers for life +2 Riftwatcher 9 Slots Remain
2 more hedge trolls (3 for a 3/3 regeneration is sick) +2 Hedge Troll 7 Slots Remain
1 more Calciderm (4 for a5/5 untargetable? Sign me up!)+1 Calciderm 6 Slots Remain
I suggest 4 serra avenger. For two mana you get a 3/3 vigilant flier. very good deal +4 serra Avenger 2 slots remain
Finally, I would suggest 2 Stonewood Invocations because for four mana, you can pump up your creatures and save them from a kill spell. Verry nice!
Your sideboard will depend on your regional meta so i dont know what to amend there. I think that you could take out the Avoid Fates and replace them with 2 more Stonewood Invocations and 2 Temporal Isolations if Wildpair storm is big in your meta. That however is all relative.

more hedge trolls... 4x loxodon heirarch... 4x watchwolf... 4x tarmogoyf... 4x birds of paradise... maybe blade of the sixth pride, savannah lions, and isamaru... tho it would look a lot like a GW zoo deck XD... I would say why each is good for the deck, but it's obvious anyways XD
oh, and the guy above me has a lot of good suggestions too ^_^

I have been wanting to make a G/W deck for some time. I was wanting to combine Fungal Bohemoth with alot of the newer White cards that give =1/=1 counters to all creatures making a gaint fungal and thus beating your enemy to death HAHA.
