We had a sushi preparation demonstration in my Food Science class today. It was fun to watch, since it was one of my classmates doing the demonstration. :3

I'm in Drama... Next Weds. is my first day of school. The guy has a lack of good looking males so he put me in advanced and asked if i was just taking it as a joke he was so happy to get m in his class is was cool.

A basic cooking class. You learn how to use kitchen appliances, cook/bake using simple recipes, proper sanitation, how to properly wash dishes, etc.

I did a course like that. but we just called it Foods. o.o

We did too until this year. Most of the student body still knows it as Foods. The new Foods teacher calls it by its official title.

Creative/Foreign Foods and Pro-Start make better stuff than us. Then again, we're in a class designed for people who aren't too familiar with cooking.
