As I hope most of the people here are gamers right? So I'm just asking, how does it feel to be a gamer? To be able to experience different worlds on different games? To me it's just awosome, you just lose yourself in a world that you know isn't real but which it could be! It's just an amazing feeling heart mrgreen

It's pretty awesome to be playing a game and immersing yourself in some pixelated world that is almost real. Amazing how far gaming has come ever since the days of Pong.
What's funny is that it's a completely different experience being a female gamer. I feel more at home and comfortable with a controller in my hand than make-up in my purse.

I'm the kind of gamer that likes action and Chaos. I'm mostly into shooters, first or third person, ever since the first Wolfenstien. My favorite game changes constantly, and right now is Star Wars Republic Commando. Most Star Wars games in my opinion aren't that good, but Republic commandos is a big exception, but I think I'll put that in my own thread... I'm not much into strategy or RPGs, but I will pull out final fantasy or Pokemon out every once in a while. I'm also a hardcore Sonic fan, and have been playing Sonic games since the Genesis.

I just love the feeling of coming home from school and being all bored. Then to get into a game and make my boredom vanish. That feeling is just...wonderful. Thats how I feel as a gamer.

oh boy, getting away with murder and being sooo rigged that u never die. Makes me feel happy yet crazy to have that sense like you have power over this even though it's not real. At least it brings me away from the real world. i agree its amazing. *snickers while picturing people's throats being slit open in God of War II*

i heart being a gamer. i go to the gamestop in this one shopping center so much 1 of the employes knows me and another one talks to me about anime when he is working. sometimes in harvest moon (runescape aswell) and animal crossing it can seem like the ppl (animals) r real
