1. No custom characters can be closely related to a canon character (no long lost relatives of Kakashi, for instance). Unless you get it approved by one of the Moderators.

2. No custom Akatsuki characters.

3. No Kaguya characters are allowed, as the entire clan is dead.

4. No Canon Characters.

5. No Characters from other series.

6. You can make a character with a lesser demon only if we approve it.

7. Wait for your character profile to be approved by us before rping.

8. You MUST get permission from an admin to register as Kage. There are only eleven Countries with a Kage: Fire Country - Hi no Kuni, Wind Country - Kaze no Kuni, Earth Country - Tsuchi no Kuni, Lightning Country - Kaminari no Kuni, Water Country - Mizu no Kuni, Rain Country - Ame no Kuni, Waterfall Country - Taki no Kuni, Grass Country - Kusa no Kuni, Rice Field Country - Ta no Kuni, Snow Country - Yuki no Kuni and Bear Country - Kuma no Kuni

9. There is now an official age limit on custom characters, no trying to register twelve year old ANBU:

Academy Student: Age five and up (5+)
Genin: age twelve and up (12+)
Chuunin: age fifteen and up (15+)
Special Jounin/Jounin/missing-nin/hunter-nin/Ambu: age eighteen and up (18+)
Kage: Thirty five and up (35+)

10. If you're registering a missing-nin, woundering or run away nin the admin will decide on their rank based on the character history.

11. If your profile is incomplete, be smart and put INCOMPLETE in the title until you are done.

12. You can not RP as a member of a clan that has not been named. So you can not be in Sakon's Clan, Kidoumaru's clan. etc.

13. All characters should have Japanese names. American, Spanish, Italian, etc names will not be accepted.

Profile Rules and Explanations

Name (The name of your character, last and first)

Age (How old your character is)

Gender (The sex of your character)

Rank (The rank standing your character has in their village)

Village/Country (The village and the country where your character hails from)

Appearance or Pictures (Please include hair color/eye color/clothing/height/weight, etc)

Relatives/Family (these MAY NOT be a close relative of a canon character. For example, no sisters/brothers/hitherto unknown children of Kakashi) Unless Approved

Equipment/Inventory (Weapons and other tools your character possesses at any one time. This also includes other significant items)

Element (this is your chakra element you specalize in, there is Water, Thunder, Fire, Earth and Wind (normal is not an element) you can have one depending on rank The elements need to change to Academy Student 0, Genin 1, Chuunin 2, Special Jounin 3, Jounin 4 and Kage/S class 5.

Background/History (history of your characters beginnings. It must be at least two paragraphs long)

Known Jutsu(Info found in jutsu forums)

Chakra points(When you use a Nin, Gen or Taijutsu it takes the needed point. When a jutsu ends it will take another point to use it again. The points come back when you do a new Role Play or your character sleeps in the Role Play.)

(If a custom character has a clan jutsu or a Kekkei Genkei that you wish to have get permision to be in His/Her Clan/Family okay)

To use ones own clan one must request to by PM. Then I will go over it and we will work things out. After that i will put it in the sub forum that the clan hails from. I want this in the PM, Background and facts about the moves. To join a clan made by someone else it must be requested by pm to me. A RPC can only have one blood line. If in a clan you must have the clan name as your last name.
