Welcome to Coffee and Conversation! We've decided that perhaps you would like to know more about your moderators, so that it's easier to talk to us and recognize us as human beings. Just as you have the opportunity to introduce yourself as members, so do we have an opportunity to introduce ourselves as moderators. Sounds good doesn't it?
On a side note, you may be wondering what we mods do and why the guild even has mods in the first place.
Well, we:
bought the guild
named the guild
think up sub-forums
discuss ways to bring in more members
put up polls so you can get gold AND express your opinion
and eventually, we'll probably have to use disciplinary measures
when people act out of line (which they don't yet, YAY!)

Well, that about does it for what we are.

The Real Intro:
As you can see, my name is Rainbeam; Cpt. Rainbeam, if you will. I really like the colours green, blue, maroon, and purple. I also highly enjoy herbal teas and all kinds of animals-including Llamas, which makes me sad that one is a "dramallama" on Gaia. icon_cry.gif I love photography, and most things dark, even though I'm a rather cheerful person on most occasions. I write poetry as many people do, yet I go to a women's college, as many people don't. I love stimulating conversations, and I've always wanted to be a succubus. I have a tattoo of an Ankh, and I have nine piercings to date. My favourite numbers are 3, 13, and 111. If you ever have questions, you can always PM me, for I love to help people.

The Real Intro:
On the night she was born, the girl in question was laid to rest beside the window. Suddenly, as the newborn drifted to sleep, the moon-which had not yet been seen that night- grew round and full, sending her glorious beams through the window panes. Simultaneously, a fantastic rainstorm began outside, sending forth every rain drop it could, as though confetti falling upon the hardened ground. Next day, her parents discovered these things had only happened upon their own property and forever dubbed their child, Rainbeam. Since then, Rainbeam has grown into a college woman who enjoys reading, writing, and making long and detailed research papers. Her music is fittingly both angry and beautiful, much as her personality may be. Bright and cheery as the moon on a happy night, her ferocity and creativity storms forth showing her aggressive side when necessary. Coincidentally she is a Scorpio, which seems to explain her best.

Hello. I am Jezus Needles you can call me Jezus or well...whatever. as long as I know your talking to me I don't really have a preference. I'm 20...that makes me the oldest mod. Yay. I enjoy reading science fiction and that is almost all I read I do enjoy the occasional work of nonfiction. I am sarcastic, honest, and mean. If I don't like you...you'll figure it out eventually.

I do not pride myself in having perfect grammar...because I don't have perfect grammar, but I do try. Capitalization and punctuation is a must for me.

The only sub-forum you probably won't ever see me in is "Ethics and Serious Debates".

The only "chatspeak" you'll ever see from me is "wtf?"...I like it. I only use things like "lol" when I'm acting stupid.

JezusNeedles *points to the post above* is my boyfriend. My real life boyfriend! o: Amazing isn't it? Definitely not something you see everyday on the internet...

I have a kitty. His name is Zero. He's adorable.

I love video games. Between my dear Jezus and I, we have 102 games and 5 systems.

Hello, I'm Sakyh. I am the youngest mod here.

I love to play video games, write, read, hang out with my friends, & watch the history channel.

I enjoy being goofy and making people laugh & am generally a friendly person. However I am also blunt & am not afraid to tick off people I dislike. I have craptastic spelling.

I have a lot of animals, most of whom don't legally belong to me but I feed em so I count them as pets. I'm an animal lover; period.

I'm Catholic

I like country music. wink (And rock & several other genres but I really like country)
