weighing yourself daily or weekly?
I tend to weigh myself weekly but I think maybe I should start daily in the morning when I wake up.

Weighing weekly is probably better. A number on a scale is just a snapshot, anyway, just a way to tell what you weigh in that moment. It helps to check in at the scale once a week, but daily? One big meal and you'll feel bad. The better thing to do daily is to drink all your water (6 or more glasses per day) and exercise half an hour.

Honestly it's up to you. Me, I weigh myself everyday in the morning before i eat, in the same clothes (pajamas) so most of my variables stay constant.
It doesn't make a difference, but I like waking up and knowing if I had a good day or a bad day. If I lost i'm happy, if i maintained i'm happy, if I gained, I just go to the gym.
