Storyline:
It was Tuesday, May 18, 2054; 2:14 pm in a city called Tyberium. Tyberium was an extremely large and flat city hovering high in the air. The city shielded itself from the world using a electromagnetic barrier. It did this for the human that lived there was genetically altered to posses super powers, powers that the outside world said was the work of the devil. But even those powers didn't help them agaist what they were about to face. Over 7.5 million lived on Tyberium. They lived their regular lives, made easier by all the computers and robots that do most of their work for them. People didn’t even have to get up to get a cup of coffee. There was flying cars, vacuum robots, and even robotic lawnmowers. It was the most advanced country on Earth. It was until 2 hours later it was a barren desert.
At exactly 2:15 a unknown object entered the Earth’s atmosphere and it was heading towards Tyberium. The scientists working at the central tower, the tower powering the barrier, in the center of Tyberium classified it as a meteorite and informed everyone to stay calm and that everything would be okay, the meteorite would burn up when it came into contact with the barrier. So everyone went on with their lives.
But the scientists were dead wrong. 15 minutes after the object was spotted, it had crashed into and through the barrier. The military was desperately trying to shoot it down with little success. Minutes later the object crashed into the central tower, killing everyone inside. Then, moments after the crash came a shockwave traveling at hundreds of miles and hour going in every direction. It killed over 7 million people. The crash loosened and vaporized most of the rock from the meteor turning it into sand and the impact brought the sand to everywhere. The sky was also littered with this dust. It covered the sun, turning the lights off for Tyberium.
Everything ended 2 hours after the object was spotted. The sight was horrific. Sand was everywhere. Corpses paved the streets, the malls, the offices and even their homes. They hanged out of open windows and over the steering wheels of cars, which was now on the streets extremely beaten up. Buildings were also very beaten up. They crumbled under the shockwave and the ones that didn’t crumble were now slanted. The central tower was now gone but what replaced it was surprising.
Everywhere some of the very few survivors awaken to see a completely different world. All of their surroundings were different and they were most likely covered with rock and sand. Some we injured. They woke up to a world of chaos, devastation, and death, wishing that they had died like the others that litter the ground around them. Then they relies that they are the only ones left. They then look out into the distance to find something very disturbing. Where the tower used to stand there was now a machine.
It looked like and alien spaceship. At the center they could see an orb made of what seemed like red glass. Inside was a heart. It was very large, almost too big for the orb and it pumped some sort of liquid through red tubes to different parts of the ship. It was a terrifying sight which gave the survivors terrifying thought. They are now homeless and probably stranded. But they now have to find their own way.
