Batman has a vast collection of Kryptonite, saps Sups' power, shots him, boom, 2 dead.

Batman
Hulk would squash Spidey while he was thinking of something immature to say, and then he and Supes would duke it out for hours on end...all the while Batman would just stand there, ignoring the battle. After hours...maybe even days, Supes would come up ontop using all of his abilities to shoot Hulk through the multiverse and slamming him into the end wall (or what-ever you call that thing)...He would return to earth only to be killed by Batman's kryptonite ring/bullet.
