I have gotten several ideas, inspired by our own capitalist country. We are making an assembly line of people. Simple setup really. Active members spy, and they also look for members, then they send possible peoples names to someone of hire rank(does not apply to crew) Then the person who gets the name sends an PM to the person, asking them a series of questions, ones that I will draft in the near future(thursday/friday).If you agree with this, reply with a bumpith a majorith, and that has to be quoted exactly. And I want all comments to be spoken out loud
