Yeah, I've heard of it~ Got it from reading Wu Zun and Xie He Xian's blog ninja
I would join but I can't read most of the stuff there cos I can't read chinese o.<

It's a blog and it allows you to comment on other people's blog if you are a member. Heaps of taiwanese celebrities have it and posts frequent-ish..
