Okay, I brainstormed some ideas last night while at work. So here goes:
Farmer Used: Jack from SNES and on
In the opening movieThe focus starts on his 2 "deedly-bop" hairs, then zooms out to him grinning. Cut to showing him on his farm. He tills some soil with his hoe, throws seeds (which plant themselves in the ground), and then waters them (whole process takes about 3-6 seconds). Meanwhile, in the background, the dog runs by chasing the cat. Jack lastly pulls out his axe and twirls it like a baton twirler (in the background, horse, sheep and cow go by). Jack stops twirling the axe and lets the hilt fall to his shoulder, the axe head hanging over his shoulder, and the camera zooms in onto his face, and he smiles and winks.
TauntHe pulls out a pitchfork and gives a thumbs-up, as demonstrated in
this picture.
AttacksJack attacks with his farm tools. However, I think there should be more to it than that, maybe that each farm tool has a percentage of damage that it can do. For example, the axe will be the strongest tool and the watering can the weakest. I think it should chart out something like this:
Axe (100%)
Sickle (90%)
Hammer (80%)
Hoe (70%)
Watering Can (60%)
The tool he uses when he attacks is randomized.
Basic Attack: Randomized tool attack.
Special Attack: Charged randomized tool attack.
Smash Attack: Mythic-level charge attack with randomized tool.
Up Basic: Knock enemy into the air with randomized tool.
Up Special: I actually like Xander_Telmis' idea for the Down Special. Use that here instead as the Up Special.
Down Basic: Jack dons a chef hat, cooks a Failed Dish, and instantly feeds it to enemy. Causes 10-20 damage.
Down Special: Blows whistle and summons Harvest Sprites, who charge enemy, knocking them back and/or into the air.
Air Up Basic: Uppercut with randomized crop.
xd Air Up Special/Third Jump: Jack pulls out the Sprinkler (As seen in the first two GBC games

) and uses it to sort of hover after leaping in the air. Can damage enemy if it hits them.
Air Down Basic: Seed throw! Seeds sprout on target, slowing them down. (But it's hard to land, just like getting Jigglypuff to land on someone as it's asleep and falling [in Melee].)
Air Down Special: Cow pops out of thin air, Jack mounts cow, and they fall down on enemy (happens very fast).
Grab: Jack pulls out fishing pole and snags enemy with it (this also causes minor damage [1-3 HP]). Once he reels them back, he can carry them above his head and carry them short distances. The enemy can fight back by mashing buttons to try and break free.
Final Smash: Jack pulls out a Blue Feather, which summons all 5 of the girls from Mineral Town to do a combined combo attack.
ItemsBlue Feather: Whenever someone picks up the Blue Feather, one character of the opposite gender as they are comes and performs an attack (only the 10 bachelors and bachelorrettes from Mineral Town are used). It'd basically work like the Pokeball, except it's gender specific. Gender-neutrals like the Pokemon, Kirby, and Yoshi would have the option of getting any of the 10. Here's what each one does:
Karen: Comes out with a bottle of wine. Drinks wine, turns red in the face (because she's drunk), and then punches enemy.
Ann: Ann comes out, cooks something, and feeds it to you. You restore 50% damage.
Mary: Mary throws books at enemies for 10 seconds.
Popuri: Comes out and summons chickens, who attack all nearby enemies for 10 seconds.
Elli: Elli heals 50% of your damage with a Band-Aid.
xd Rick: Rick scolds enemies. Stuns for 5 seconds.
Cliff: Throws grapes at enemies for 10 seconds.
Gray: Hits ores at enemies with hammer for 10 seconds.
Kai: His summer tan glistens, stunning enemies for 5 seconds.
Doctor: Either heals you for 50% damage or attacks enemy with medical tools.
Yeah, that's all I have so far.
sweatdrop Tell me what'cha think!
