The Story

There is a building surrounded in mystery just a few blocks from your home. Curious you decide to dig into the rumors that people who enter one particular door in the building never come back.

You do as much research as you can, but with each scoop you get more and more interested and the stories get stranger and stranger. Those that have looked into the door claim to see people, but there are creatures nearby them. Some of these beings are vicious looking, some are benign. Always the question though is why those who go through don’t come back. Are they tied up and kept there? Are they murdered and you see people that belong in the door? Maybe that is the gateway to another realm and you can only cross one way. With all this in mind you decide to enter it and find out what truly happens beyond the doorway. As soon as you pass through you emerge into a city that seems like you were thrown into the future.
You feel a presence and somehow know that it is your familiar and that it will do as you direct it to do. You have now entered the world of Terra, enjoy your time here, there is no going back now.

The Colors

Only two colors total are allowed. Please read the descriptions so you don't pick two conflicting ones like defensive and strong.

Pet= Follows you everywhere and cannot be far from you. (Compared to doing a job without you being around.)
Strong= Aggressive, will fight without a thought.
Defensive= only fights under direct orders or to protect you.
Intelligent= Magic User or a challenge solving creature.
Humble= Not a good fighter but will do any other task
Stealthy= Very quiet and agile, they make good thieves and assassins

I will add to this as I get suggestions and ideas.

Syncronis= A special ability that can be achieved with training. It is a state where the familiar and its master move as one and thereby increase the power of the attack. This allows the familiar to use its powers that otherwise are unusable. There are four levels of sycnronis and they get more powerful with each step up. The only drawback is that the higher the level the shorter amount of time you can stay in it and the more of a toll it takes. Level one may make you a little tired after using it, but level four might make you black out entirely. PM for more info on this. I shall decide who can achieve what level. Training shall help you increase it as well.

Bio: Vanyel lost his family at a young age, but was adopted soon after. His new family allowed him to explore as much as he wanted and his foster father taught him armed and unarmed self defense. He heard many rumors about the door and that is what brought him to go through it.
Personality: Shy and not very out there. He can be scornful of those he deems below him.
Powers: Gained the power to control the wind.
Appearance: except the cloak is dark blue.
Weapons: The sword and a handgun

Personality: Very watchful and protective of Vanyel.
Speech: Everyone, but can talk mind to mind with Vanyel

Gaianame: Sagewort
Character Name: Adeline Delarue
Age: 18
Bio: A street musician since she left her home-life two years ago, she saw the door and went to take shelter while busking one day in the rain. She happened to lean on it a little too hard and tumbled through.
Personality: Very open-minded and should never be taken seriously, but is always relied on to tell the truth, no matter the circumstances.
Powers: Mimicry, she can imitate people, animals and instruments. She specializes in music and can sing an entire orchestra.
Appearance: (I'll finish up a drawing when I can, for now this should work) She is tall and has a leggy build. Droopy peach-colored eyes are thickly framed by dark lashes, and show starkly against her heavily tattooed face. The woad markings travel all over her face and body, disappearing beneath the folds of her sleeveless green shirt and black canvas breeches above white socks and ash gray shoes.. Her luxurious, straight, gray hair is worn in a style that reminds you of a pile of shredded paper.
Weapons: Hidden knives in the toes of her boots and piano wire.

Bio: Married at a young age to her partner, Krote, she has settled down with her new family. Yet, the mystery of the door lures her back to training with her husband

Powers: Minor Healing

Bio: an interesting young girl, she had always dreamed of having something other then her outfits and powers differ from others. TADA! Hey there, koala! Hi what's up? OMG! Though she would probly just sigh and get on with her life instead of screaming omg...
Personality: Calm, Never frightened or angered, Honest and trustworthy, not very outgoing, but not shy, doesn't know what "partying" is, powerful leader.
Powers: Water, teleportation of herself, other beings, and other items, though this greatly lowers her strength, and can be used only once in a day, and she can read minds.
