Not necessarily a Monthly Collectible, but something of value or maybe a special event item..

what I'm thinking of is what we could hunt for..
Maybe some sort of info?
My other guild did something like it where members would look for the answers for certain questions that the captain posted then send the answers via PM.. Of course the answers could be found within the guild only...

I think the prize should be in Gold , people usually like Gold as prize , so they don't need to sell the items..
