Taylor walked briskly throught the forest, dead set on finding those who had ditched her this morning. Why they kept doing it was beyond her but she would find them and when she did they were going to get it. "It's just not polite to do such a thing to a lady such as myself." she said to herself and marched on.

Yaholo rather liked the forest himself, having grown suspicious of much of the other territory that surrounded the nice safe haven of trees. Most of all the one called the 'ocean' that had been sent out after him when he'd been younger.
Oh how suspicious that had made him of much terrain and the beings who inhabited such terrain. But most of all, he was still suspicious of the ones known as 'females' whom had been so tricky as to sick the ocean on him! It had beat his little self up and everything.
This distaste didn't show rather openly, though, as the brightly-colored male trodded through the dirty-ground of the forest, pausing now and then to curiously examine something he'd spot. For example having now stopped to take a peek at a rather brightly colored insect.
Pawing at it, Yaholo seemed to be rather distracted until a voice not far off caught his attention, causing him to lift his head suddenly, bonking it against a low-hanging branch that had been specially placed just to get him.
"OW!" he yelled, a few curses following this, loud enough to raise the dead amongst other things.

Taylor stopped as she heard someone not so far off swear like a sailor. Curiosity was such a bugger and it was now getting the better of her. Looking around she tried to spot the source of the outlandish remarks and wondered if maybe it had been one of the ones she was after for leaving her.
Looking about she spotted a brightly color Soquili not too far off and acting before she thought, Taylor began to march right over to the other without even thinking if this could be Rhapsody or not and if not, were they friend or foe.
"Rhapsody! You brut! Your sooo gonna get it when I get you!" she called out rashly still not thinking before she spoke.

It was the accusation added on top of his already poor-feeling head that received a blunt and less-than-pleased reply, the stallion stomping one hoove into the ground to turn his attention onto the strange female that was venting a foreign name and insult at him.
"EXCUSE ME?" he shouted back, throwing his head up indignantly and with a certain degree of rage to it, in the process flinging that long mane of his about and mentally leering at it. Could it have -been- anymore girly? "-I- am -NOT- named Rhapsody! What kind of a name is that anyways!" he shouted, stomping again for effect, before going on. "And you are you calling a brute, woman!" Yaholo hissed before it suddenly dawned on him.
Yes, he -had- just said woman, so -yes- he was talking to a female, so he needed to give her some leeway on 'OOPS'. They seemed to do it a lot.

Taylor stopped at the sound of the stallions voice as she just realized what he had said. She was only a few feet away now and could get a better look at him than she had earlier and he infact was not Rhapsody. For one, he had a dark colored mane and it was long, not curly. Two he was more orange and had white in him where Rhapsody was pink with yellow.
"Your not Rhapsody." she said in confirmation as it continued to dawn on her she had found a stranger and not who she was looking for. "You haven't by any chance seen a big pink stallion in these parts have you?" she asked completely ignoring his woman comment and the comment about her friends name. Those were not important to her at the moment even though they should be. If Sadie were here they would have been important to the other mare so Taylor didn't have to worry about it.

Yaholo rolled his eyes and shook his head. "No. I'm not. How observant." he stated sarcastically, obviously still not pleased at the mix-up, but seeming to calm down enough to -not- get pissy at her any further than he already had just done. "And I haven't seen -anybody- around here to answer your question." he stated, coming off a bit more offensively than he had meant to.
However, it was visibly obvious he'd caught this, as he made a bit of an 'Ick, oops' face, cringing a bit at his tone, before he continued on, "But there's a chance one could have pass through here." he added.
After another pause, he let out a sort of bitter sigh, signalling he was about to say something that part of him wasn't pleased about, "But if you'd like, I could look around for him with you." He attempted to sound as meaning of the offer as possible, but he couldn't help but not really want to in part of his mind.
The part that wasn't exactly all over making female friends.

Taylor thought about this for a moment. If he came along then she would have four pairs of eyes looking for that dumb pink stallion instead of just two. It would be faster and more efficient. But then what would happen when they found him? Would this stallion just leave her then?
"Well, if you wanted to help me I would greatly appreciate it. But I don't think I want to find him anymore." she said making her decision. She had found someone else to hang out with for the day so it wasn't all that necessary to find Rhapsody anymore. "I am sure I will run into him again tonight. He has to come home to the teepee at some point in time." she said brightly and smiled.
"By the way, I am Taylor. What is your name so I don't mistake you for the big pink baffoon again."

Foreign word, right there. Yaholo seemed a bit puzzled by this 'teepee' that Taylor spoke of, both eyebrows furrowing together as he tried to piece together just what sort of a place that was. -HE- didn't live in one, or near one, or under one, so it wasn't like he was supposed to know what it was.
"That's an..." he paused a minute to try and find the correct word for the introduction he was given before continuing on "interesting name." It wasn't a -bad- name, if just that he was used to a much different strain of names with his family and the few he'd met in his rather hermit-in-the-forest lifetime.
However, he wouldn't miss an opportunity to give his own name, seeing as he himself was rather proud of it! "Mine's Yaholo. And I would -hope- I don't get mistaken for anything -pink- again." he added on the end with a bit of a chuckle.

"What's wrong with my name?" Taylor immediately said a bit offended that he didn't like her name. Atleast he didn't seem to like her name. If he could all offened over being mistaken for someone else that she could take offense to him not liking her name. "I happen to like my name a lot. And what kind of name is Yaholo? It sounds like a question, Ya Hello?." she said with a huff.
"As for being mistaken for pink, you are a light color of orange that could be easily mistaken for an orangey shade of pink or a salmon color, which is pink."

"There's nothing WRONG with it and I wasn't implying there -was-! I've just never heard a name like that is what I was saying. -YEESH-." he snorted back, stamping a foot before side stepping around her to walk over to a nearby tree, looking at it with a sort of curious, yet 'plotting' intent to his expression, before looking back to Taylor. "And on that note.. I like my name too! GEEZE. You girls are always so judgemental and.." he paused for a moment to do his best 'girly voice' impression, seeing as he had never heard a male use the word, "rude."
Going on, he shook his head out. "Yeah, well. Does your friend have -BLACK HAIR- too? Because -BLACK- certainly can't be mistaken for pink! Now -can- it?!" he accused, not enjoying the turn their, before, lighter-toned conversation had taken, making a sort of face, before snorting and shaking his head a bit.

"No black can't be mistaken for pink but from a far it blends with the background and so goes unnoticed compared to the brighter shade your body is. Which can't blend into the background at all." she said huffing. She didn't like the way he was making fun of her. What did he have against mares anyway? It was like he was judging her before he even knew her.
"Also us girls are not all the same ya know. Not all of us are judgemental and I for one am not all that rude. You boys think your all that." she said and then puffed her chest out. "Look at me, I am a big strong boy and girls all flock to me."

Yaholo snorted loudly as Taylor did her male-impersonation, not so much in distaste as more of a snort-of-laughter. "Why -would- I want girls to flock to me, hmm? Ever think for a minute that maybe -I'm- not -all that interested-? HMMMMM?" he asked, leaning down a bit to get in her face, before leaning back and trotting a couple of steps around her.
"Relationships are overrated anyways!" he added to his own arguement, flicking his tail in a semi-violent way, before looking back at her over a shoulder. "And 'your not rude'? -I- didn't make fun of anybody's name because of how it sounds, now -DID I-?" Yaholo asked accusingly, expression serious.

Taylor snorted back at his accusing tone. She was beginning to become bored with the stallion and of arguing. She just didn't have the mental compasity nor the wit to keep it up.
"Whatever." she said and flicked her own tail aggitatedly before walking right past him. "Think what you like. I agree with you the relationships are overrated. Flirting is much more fun." she said and gave him a wink over her own shoulder before continuing on. She hated arguing and getting all worked up. Flirting was much more fun than being all serious and picking at each other.
