well here it is, for now this is my main rp profile. i use the same one no matter the rp.

Character Name : Ryu Arashi.

Character Age : Unknown but I look to be in my late teens.

Character Race : A male dragon, but not a usual dragon. I am a black dragon, and a silver dragon all in one.

Character Basic Abilities : I can shape shift into any form, fauna or flora. I can use some magic, mainly darkness, cold, lightning, fire (of course), and a few basic others.

Description: i like people enough to tolerate them. i am usually a bit misunderstood but when people get to know me, they like me.

Character Appearance :

Dragon Form:
I look like a bit of a more serpent like European dragon. My smaller scales, which cover my flanks, some of my neck, some of my tail, and my wing supports are all black. The kind of black you are mesmerized by. They shine with fiery ferocity, even in darkness. They are much harder than diamond, and are even somewhat magic resistant. My wing membranes, back frill, claws, eyes, teeth, hair (when human), and my large armour scales are all a brilliant silver. The armour scales run from the bottom of my jaw to the tip of my tail, covering my belly and my neck.
Size: My size varies with my mood, but generally I am about 20 ft tall from head to ground, and about 40 ft long. My wings are usually about 35 ft each from tip to back. My form varies, but one of my favored forms other than my full dragon is my somewhat anthropic form.

Anthropic Form: My anthropic form is a tall (6'7") male with small dragon wings (same color as my normal form) and a small whipey dragon tail. I also have dragon like claws for hands and my feet are dragonish as well. My eyes stay the same, and I have two horns that start above my brow and go up and back over my head.

Human Form: My human form is around 6'4". he has pale skin, with silver hair. though he is quite handsom.

Here is her background, which i am not done with but i wanna see what people think:

This Is The Background For My Dungeons And Dragons Character Ryuu Arashi

Ryuu’s life began when the great dragon Delphos fell in love with the beautiful drow maiden Auril. Delphos would regularly transform himself into a drow and visit Auril, who didn’t know that he was a dragon. The drows had basically taken him in as a drow that was abandon from another house. He was after all a good fighter, and a valuable member of their house.

After a year of having relations together, Auril grew heavy with a child. Delphos, afraid that this would be the one thing that could uncover his secret, snuck away in the dead of nigh shortly before the baby was due.

When Auril had the baby, the delivery went very poorly. She died before they were able to get the baby out, and when they did they realized why she had not survived. The baby was horribly disfigured in their eyes. She had odd bulges on the back of her shoulders, and a small tail poking out. She would never belong in the drow culture.

The drow people took the baby away before anyone else could witness her. They took her away to the forest and left her to perish, by wild animal or simply starvation.

That morning, a young maiden was walking through the forest gathering fruits and other useful foods, when she stumbled on the baby. At first the woman was shocked by the appearance of her, but the baby was so helpless that she felt horrible at the thought of leaving her behind. So the woman took the baby in and raised her as her own. She gave the baby the name Ryuu, which translates to dragon in a language known by few.

Ryuu grew up in seclusion, she was never allowed outside, other than at night when her mother was sure that no one would see her. Shortly after Ryuu turned 3 her features changed. The small lumps on her back sprouted out and became fully fledged wings, and horns started growing out of her forehead. Her skin changed from the smooth skin of a drow, into rough scales of a dragon. Her hair, eyes, fanged teeth, wing membranes, larger scales, and horns were all silver. And she also started growing a large black and silver frill that ran from the tip of her forehead, to the end of her tail.

Ryuu’s oddities didn’t stop there. Her hands were the large claws of a dragon’s, and her legs were even shaped like a dragon’s. Ryuu’s mother never explained to her how she had come to be like this, though Ryuu knew that she couldn’t be her mother.

Her mother had fair skin, and was only a half-elf. And her father was supposedly a wood elf, though he had passed on before Ryuu knew him well. Ryuu had asked her mother a few times where she had actually come from, but her mother would always look away and avoid the subject.

Ryuu longed to know her real parents, even if they were horrible monsters. She didn’t care, she just wanted to know why she looked the way she did.

Ryuu’s 18th birthday was growing near, and her mother was preparing a great feast by their terms. Her mother had managed to get some of the best deer steaks available at the nearest town, and some of the best herbs and spices to go with. She had also picked some fresh vegetables from the garden out back, and a rare treat as well, a large bunch of strawberries. Ryuu loved strawberries, but they didn’t often grow well here because of the dryness. They lived in a forest, but they hadn’t had a good rain in a few years. Everything was dry and crackled from the lack of water, and growing food was near impossible.

Ryuu’s mother was in the kitchen getting the food prepared so Ryuu decided to go onto the rooftop and enjoy the sunlight. The heat felt so good on her outstretched wings, it was often a place she stayed for hours just laying there.

After lying there for about a half an hour, Ryuu heard her mother calling her to come in. Ryuu leapt off the house and landed softly on the pine needles below. She went into the kitchen to see her mother holding a small black box.

“What’s that mother?” Ryuu inquired.

“This is something one of the traders had at the market, I was able to barter with him for it. It will help you lead a successful life, not having to hide yourself from the world.” She opened the box and inside was an intricately made silver amulet. The main body of the amulet was a large silver dragon, wings fanned out. The head of the dragon curved down, and the tail curved down a few inches. The wings had small silver chains attached to them which was the part that made a necklace.

“The man said that this has a powerful enchantment on it, that whoever wears it will become drow or elf, depending on their heritage. I want you to have it, consider it a parting gift from me.” She handed Ryuu the necklace and helped her put it on.

Instantly Ryuu shrank immensely, she was usually about 8 feet tall, and now she was shorter than her mother by a little, and she was only a little over 5 feet. Then Ryuu felt an odd rippling sensation, and she looked down and her skin was silky smooth, but still black. Then her wings sucked into her body and disappeared. Her tail, horns and frill followed suite, quickly shriveling up and disappearing.

The last thing to change was her dragon-like claws and feet. They slowly changed into soft drow hands and legs. She looked at her body with amazement.

“I’m a drow! I never thought I would look normal. This is amazing.” She patted her new body with excited amazement. She looked over to her mother.

“Why am I drow and not elf? Aren’t you my mother?” Ryuu looked at her mother with slightly sad eyes. She had always been suspicious of the truth, but her mother had always avoided the subject.

Her mother looked at Ryuu with sad eyes, she knew this day would come eventually.

“Ryuu, I am not your real mother. Who your real mother and father are I have no idea, I found you when you were only a day old. Someone had left you in the woods to die, and I couldn’t leave you there, so I took you in as my own. There is another thing I must also tell you.” She looked sadly at her lap, tears welling in her eyes.

“I can no longer raise you. The village somehow got word of who you are, and what you are. They are coming here very soon to take you away, and I can’t let that happen. I am sending you away Ryuu, with the amulet to protect you, you should be fine on your own now. Go to a far away city and never come back here, or you will be killed.” She pushed a large leather backpack heavy with goods into Ryuu’s hands and shoved her out the door, locking it behind her.

Through the door could be heard the loud sounds of Ryuu’s mother sobbing.

Ryuu stood there in shock while everything sunk in. She knew now that she was of drow stock, and could almost be sure of dragon as well. But where could she go? She was almost worthless, except as a worker or a fighter.

Ryuu had heard of a city not too far from here that hired people readily for almost anything, maybe she could get a job there. She had been raised by a druid mother, so Ryuu was quite skilled in druidism. She also had the uncanny knack for magic, though where she got it from was beyond her.

Ryuu headed in the direction that her mother had told her the city was with only a backpack of goods and her quarterstaff in tow.

As Ryuu was walking to the city, she came across an odd creature. It looked like a cat, only it was much bigger. The creature was also pitch black, though darker spots of black could be seen at the right angle.

The creature was lying on its side, seemingly dead, though it still breathed. Ryuu walked up to the big cat and, with a closer look, realized it to be a panther. A large feline she had only heard of in village stories told by her mother.

The panther was panting heavily, and on one of its legs were deep gashes, possibly left by another panther or an even worse creature. Being druidic, Ryuu felt a strong bond to the panther instantly, so she knelt down and started tending to its wounds.

The wounds were dressed and looked very good once they were cleaned up, the panther would live. As Ryuu finished applying the bandages, the panther slowly woke up. It did not seem scared at all, and Ryuu suddenly heard a deep rolling voice in her head.

“Thank you for healing me, I can see that even now we are bonded beyond the capabilities of a normal animal and person. I think, if you will have me, that I would like to join you. I have no place here anymore; I was kicked out of my clan by the leader. He grew tired of me because I was quickly growing stronger than him.” The panther sat up and began cleaning himself, his golden eyes flashing in the noon sun.

Ryuu was at first shocked by the panther being able to talk to her, she had heard of this from her mother. If a druid saved an animal, sometimes they would become their animal companion. They were mentally linked, and could talk to each other easily.

“Of course mighty panther, you may join me. I, too, no longer have a home due to my odd form. Before you agree to join me though, you should know me as I truly am.” Ryuu took off the amulet and slowly seemed to ripple back to her normal self.

The panther did not seem to even react to Ryuu’s transformation.

“Yes, thank you for being truthful with that. Of course by your smell I knew you were a half dragon. You smell softly of rain as well, a silver dragon by the looks of it. You truly are a lucky person to have survived this long. And yes I still want to join you, though I advise you to put that amulet back on. Oh and by the way, my names Kiuchan.” He got up and flexed a little, testing the leg that was injured. Finding that he could walk, he started off in the direction of the city.

“Ok, and I’m Ryuu.” She hurried to put the amulet on, and as soon as she could walk she headed after the panther.

After a few miles, the forest began to thin, and the sun hung low in the evening sky. Though Ryuu knew she could travel on, she wanted to be kind to Kiuchan, who’s leg was paining him even if he didn’t show it.

Ryuu found a nice clearing in the forest to set up camp and brought out a small tarp to pitch in the trees. She then roamed around the clearing picking up dead logs and scraps of wood until she had enough in her arms for the entire night.

Ryuu started the campfire with flint and pulled out the meat that her mother had packed her. Kiuchan had laid down next to the slowly growing fire and was bathing himself vigorously.

“Kiuchan, you want some of this meat? Its supposed to be the best the village had.” Ryuu held up a chunk of raw deer meat and offered it to Kiuchan, who hungrily snapped it up and started chewing on it.

Ryuu also ate her meat raw, she had never had the taste for cooked meat, it was so much better when it was still bleeding. She supposed this was the dragon half of her that Kiuchan had mentioned earlier.

The fire slowly burned down as the sun finally hid behind the far away mountains. The air grew colder, and the sky grew black. Millions of stars could be seen from the clearing, and Ryuu curled up next to Kiuchan and watched them pass as they both faded into sleep.

The Next Day:

As the sun rose, so did all of the birds and other song makers of the forest. Ryuu and Kiuchan rose at the same time, when a loud squawk came from a nearby bird.

Ryuu got out some of the last of the meat and split it with Kiuchan.

“Let me tend to your wound Kiuchan.” Ryuu moved next to the panther and slowly unwrapped his bandages. The wound was completely healed and even some fur had started to grow where the cuts had been.

“Wow Ryuu, you are a very good healer. I bet that that is also from your dragon’s blood, dragons are sorcerers and very good healers as well.” Kiuchan got up and stretched his legs as far as he could, then he walked around on it a bit. He seemed to be very pleased with the condition of his leg.

“Well I suppose we might as well start heading for the city once again, I need some money and that is the only place I can get it right now.” Ryuu packed up the tarp and put out the coals of the fire. Then she started walking towards the city once again, Kiuchan following in her footsteps.

After walking for a few hours, the forest turned into plains and a well-traveled road cut across Ryuu and Kiuchan’s path. Very few people were on the road this early, only a few people coming back from hunting, or from traveling.

Ryuu was weary of the road, and almost forgot that she wore the amulet until Kiuchan reminded her. He started walking towards the road and Ryuu followed, not wanting to be left behind.

Once on the road, the two saw a sign that pointed west and read:

Capitol City Lotholona 5 Miles West

“Well, I guess that’s where we need to be Kiuchan.” Ryuu got onto the road, which was smoothly paved with what looked like granite, and started walking towards Lotholona. Within an hour Ryuu and Kiuchan reached the city gates.

They were stopped by two burly guards with long spears and broad axes.

“Halt madam, what business do you have in Lotholona?” Said the guard on the right.

Ryuu looked down at Kiuchan, but received nothing but a blank and slightly amused stare.

“I wish to look for employment and housing inside the city, I was forced out of my house and need a place to live. I’m strong and am a good healer, I would be an active member of the city.” Ryuu hoped she had convinced the guards, she had never really talked to anyone other than her mother and Kiuchan.

The guards looked Ryuu up and down.

“Alright you may pass, but if you cause any trouble you’re outa here yea got it?” The guard spat to the side of the road, as if threatening or insulting Ryuu.

“Yes sir I got it.” Ryuu passed the guards and entered the large city of Lotholona. First this was first, she needed to find an Inn and get some food for her and Kiuchan.

Ryuu walked into the Lotholona City Inn and went back to the kitchens. After some talking with the cook, she walked away with a large plate full of raw beef and venison. She sat in a table in the corner, where there was solid wall to her back.

Ryuu handed Kiuchan a large chunk of meat, and started eating her own piece. She pulled out a silver flask of water to drink, she didn’t trust the water from a human city. As she was eating, a male elf dropped from the ceiling and landed on her table, knocking over her water, and spilling a little meat by Kiuchan

“Uh..hi.” Was all the little elf could say after landing on the table, then he took a chair and flipped it around, then sat in it backwards.

Ryuu looked up calmly from her food.

“What do you want with me stranger?” She picked up her water flask, and started eating again.

" Um sorry to drop in like this, but you see ... um how do I say it..." arc stammers as a shadow wolf phases through the roof and lands next to him.

“I see you have a shadow wolf, they make good companions.” Ryuu continued eating her meat and, for the most part, generally ignoring the elf across from her.

The elf looked slightly embarrassed, Ryuu could see that he was fairly young for an elf.

“Oh, um yea. His name is Shadow, because when I found him he hid in my shadows a lot.” He looked down at his wolf, then back up at Ryuu.

Ryuu laughed slightly at both the elfs hesitance, and his creativity.

“Creative one aren’t you elf.” Ryuu finished eating her meat and started drinking from a second flask that she pulled out of her pack.

The young elf looked back at Ryuu with slight shock, he was after all a shadow wolf.

“Well it suited him at the time, and he very much liked it. Um…do you mind if we talk a while?” the elf made himself a little more at home.

Ryuu looked over at the elf with slight disbelief.

“Would you sit anywhere else if I said no? Anyway I guess you can sit here if you want, though I know not what you would want with me.” Ryuu leaned back in her chair, and a slight ripple ran down her skin. Similar to goosebumps, but instead of small bumps they were small black scales. They were gone as soon as they came, and Ryuu didn’t even notice that it had happened.

Noticing the ripple, the elf almost jumps out of his seat, but composes himself at the last moment.

“Well normally I would sit up in the rafters, but I had a feeling to stay down today. And waddya know, I found something interesting after all.” He pushed slightly closer to Ryuu and spoke in a whisper.

“So, what kind are you?” He asked in a slightly smug voice, with a slight smile on his face as well.

“What do you mean elf? If by kind you mean race, I am Drow.” Ryuu looked slightly guilty, but the elf was so entranced by her that he believed her.

Ryuu grew tired of the elf and stood, putting her flask back into her backpack. Then she motioned for her panther to follow her.

“If you don’t mind sir, I am going to leave now. You may follow me if you wish, but I am not going to look after you.” Ryuu walked out of the inn and down the road towards the blacksmiths.

The elf followed behind, almost as bad as a dog.

“Oh by the way drow, I'm Arc.” He said matter of factly, almost like it was something to be proud of.

“That’s nice, I suppose I should tell you mine or you will keep calling me drow. I am Ryuu.” Ryuu kept walking and almost reached the blacksmiths shop when she heard a loud commotion behind her.

Ryuu turned and looked at what had made the loud noise, to see a bard, a half elf if she was correct, climbing out of a pile of boxes he had apparently ran into. She recognized him as the bard that was playing at the inn she had just left.

Ryuu walks over to him and offers him a hand up, which he accepts gratefully.

“Well bard, I know you were at the inn. Are you by any chance following me?” Ryuu looked at him questioningly as he straitened himself.

The bard smiled largely at Ryuu.

“Well in a manner of speaking, yes I was. But, it was purely for research. You see, I am composing a new ballad, and like any good ballad, it needed a hero. You seemed like the heroic type so, naturally, I followed you to see if you would run into any adventures.” The bard rubbed his sore back, while trying to present himself nicely to Ryuu.

“But it does seem that it was I who was doing the running into eh? I’m sorry if I concerned you in any way.” The bard gave a slight bow to Ryuu in apology.

“Don’t worry, besides I think I would be a good hero for your ballad. Though I think in many more ways than you realize right now. If you want you can join my in my adventuring.” Ryuu stood with her panther beside her, who was swishing his tail at flies that were buzzing his face.

The bard let out a small chuckle.

“Adventuring, me? My that is funny. I have not been on my own adventure in quite some time.” He looked down at the worn sword at his hip, and absentmindedly checked to see if his lute was still on his back. Then he looks up and smiles again.

“Well if you offer, I shall accept. I have not been known to turn down a beautiful woman. Rynheart, Bard-Extraordinaire, at your service madam.” He said with a flourish of his big feathered hat.

Ryuu watched the bard do what typical bards do best, put on a dramatic show. Ryu smiled.

“Just don’t go knocking things over anymore alright? And by the way, I am Ryuu.” Ryu kept walking to the blacksmiths, and left the bard and her panther outside the door.

Ryuu walked into the blacksmiths shop, the only other person in there was a high elf. Ryuu walked up to the blacksmith, who was just polishing off a greatsword.

“Do you happen to have my order ready?” She turned and looked at the high elf, who the blacksmith handed the greatsword to.

“Here yea go Dunhere, its all ready for you.” He said to the high elf, who nodded in acknowledgement. Then the blacksmith turned back to Ryuu.

“I sure do Ryuu, it took me a bit longer than I expected, but its done.” He walks away to the back room and comes out with what looks like a double bladed sword and hands it to Ryuu.

“Mighty fine weapon that is, if I do say so meself. I don’t think ive ever crafted one like it before. You take good care for it for me.” The blacksmith stalked back into his workroom, and the steady thump of his anvil could be heard.

Ryuu inspected the sword that the blacksmith had handed her. It looked like he had done it very well, the two blades were slightly curved, and made out of a black metal. The staff part was sectioned off into five sections that could be undone and used to swing the swords around on a chain that ran the legnth of the sword. The staff part of the sword was also made of a very silver metal that was harder than even steel. Overall the blacksmith had done a very good job indeed. Happy with his work, ryu walked out of the blacksmiths shop with a nod to the high elf.
Dunhere attatched his sword onto his back after admiring the fine craftmanship on his blade. He saluted the blacksmith graciously .

"Your aid for our great Tyr is indeed noble, good blacksmith. It is my promise to you that this sword will purify the injustice of all foul creatures and do'ers of evil! It is my oath tha..." when he saw that Ryu was walking away and decided to follow, saying "Light save you!" to the blacksmith as he left leaving the smith very confused, curious, and but otherwise not surprised.

Ryu met up with Kiuchan and Rynheart outside of the blacksmiths and motioned for them to follow her. She still needed to purchase supplies for her journey.

Running out of the blacksmiths, Dunhere clumsily runs into Rynheart, who was looking at a stall behind Ryuu. The bard manages to not fall, but he gets pretty beat up in the process.

Ryuu turns away from what she was looking at when she heard rynheart give a small yelp. She looked back to see the bard being smothered by Dunhere.

“Well, nice entrance Dunhere. Might I enquire as to why you ran into my companion here?” Ryuu stood with her arms crossed and her panther by her side.

The high elf stood tall and proud and proudly andswered Ryuu.

"I am Dunhére of The Order, a Paladin delivering Tyr's good justice where darkness spreads!" He bowed his head low and continued.

"Forgive me for assuming, but the weapon you purchased is not a simple weapon to defend ones homestead, no, you have the look of an adventurer and it is my heard calling to adventure with those who could stray from the path of justice so that we might burn the heretics in the pure light of Tyr together!" He stayed bowed while awaiting her answer.

“Well, if by all that you mean that you would like to join my companions and adventure with us, then yes you can.” Ryuu looked at Dunhere with some humor, he was doing an impressive job at being fancy that was for sure.

“Yes, to join you on your crusade against the foulties and perversions of evil.” He said while holding his head high and saluting Ryuu with one hand over his heart.

Ryuu had to hold back a smirk at the way Dunhere talked, it was unlike anything she had ever heard before.

“Alright you can join us on one condition, promise me you will start talking like a normal person so we can all understand you.” Ryuu grined slightly.

Dunhére softened, only a little. He spoke softer than his usual envangelistic tone .

" I am a Paladin of Tyr, if I do not do my divine duty to deliver his justice with distinguished pride, then I would be a failing to The Order... although I suppose it could be said that I was just perhaps excited at finding a new company to ride with. " He stood firmly beside the bard he'd almost knocked over just moments before.

“Thats better, before im afraid i could harly tell what you were saying. Now I am still getting supplies, but then I am going to go check out this wanted add. It says to inquire at the merchants guild." Ryuu went back to her shopping, getting all the little things one might need on an adventure.

Dunhere checked his belongings, and noticed that he was almost out of gold, and that he needed rope. He went over to the general supplies stand and bought some rope and a few days rations.

Um... Just so you know this should have went in the Character Development section of the guild.
I'm guessing a moderator will move it there... when ever they get around to it.
