There's just so much love for Tennant that it's getting a bit ridiculous. D: I mean, he's a great actor, but to be completely honest he's NOT great as the Doctor. He's just good-looking. So even though I do love him, let's all b***h about him for a bit. Even if you love him to death, there must have been at least one moment somewhere during his run (so far) that has really irked you, pissed you off, or confused you! Name it. : D
I have several, unfortunately. >.> The end of the Family of Blood two-parter where he was obscenely out of character. The end of New Earth with the WTF-inducing antibiotic cocktail, because that is SO not even remotely how it works. Him yelling at the drug-selling people in Gridlock because, really, what the hell did they do? He had no reason to yell at them. They didn't kidnap Martha and he's not usually the insanely illogical type. And speaking of, did anyone else notice the massive RAIN plot hole? XD The painfully stupid Scooby Doo/Ghostbuster imitation. Picking up the torch and running in Fear Her. What the ******** was with that??? Every single time he ever mentioned Rose from the end of series 2 onward, barring the reference in Utopia because it was, of course, expected. Every single second of Evolution of the Daleks/Whatever the ******** it was called. D:
That's all I can think of now. XD And it looks like a lot but it's not, really. Most of those are pretty short scenes. XD

To be honest, half of those things you said weren't that bad, in my opinion. The running with the flame in Fear Her was hilarious. He was acting out of character in Human Nature/Family of Blood because he was out of character. He was John Smith, not the Doctor. Selling drugs to get rid of things is stupid. Forget?? Why would you do that? It's morally wrong. Scooby Doo/Ghostbusters impersination was funny.
Things I disliked about Tennant's Doctor; *Daleks in Manhatten/The Evolution of the Daleks [That was just apalling] *He was too.....vunerable. He cried to much. As cute as it was, I felt the Doctor shouldn't be that emotional. *Mentions of Rose were okay, but she was mentioned a bit too much....

He made himself way too vunerable, and the Doctor is not meant to do that.
Are we talking about Tennant in Doctor Who, or Tennant in general? 'Cause i didn't really like him when he appeared in "Friday Night Project" ages ago... I know thats a late night channel 4 programme, and being an a**hole is expected, but my respect for the guy dropped so much after i watched that.

XP The Scooby Doo/Ghostbuster thing was terrifying and awful and camp and everything not good. gonk To be fair, he wasn't really punishing them. Okay, he was, but it's really complicated. The Family of Blood saw it that he was giving them a chance to live forever, which is what they wanted in the first place. He could have killed them on the spot, but that's not what he does. He let them live forever, in a wierd kinda way. I think it was a far punishment, afterall, they forced him to become human and live in 1913 for atleast 2 months, whilst Martha had to work as a maid. And that was not so nice when you come to think of it. Fair's fair in my opnion.
I think he only forgave the Master because the Master really didn't want to be forgiven, and they were the only Timelords left. If he never forgave him, they would still be at conflict now, and the last of a once powerful race at war with each other? Now, that would be stupid. He forgave him because they were the only ones left. Even after all the horrible things he's done. It's the weird thing everyone does. If a member of my family did something really terrible, I'd hate them for it, yeah, but after a while I would try my hardest to forgive them. It's all in the biology.
As for the drugs thing. I know he didn't have a right to judge them and all that, but drugs like that should neverh ave been allowed and he was doing what's morally right - and the Doctor has always been morally right.
Okay, the Scooby Doo thing was terrible compared to the rest of the series.... But it was hilarious to watch.

Oh my God, I think I just wrote a novel. I always write way too much. stressed There was no way in which he WASN'T punishing them. XD People always see it as "justice" but honestly? It's not complicated. It's just taking what they wanted and twisting it into a cruel and unusual punishment - that's not difficult to understand. What's difficult to understand is why he bothered at all. They were going to die anyway! No, he wouldn't have killed them - what the Doctor WOULD have done was just let them die on their own. They didn't need an infinity of torture. Making him live as a human for two months is not equivilant at all to that. And visiting the girl every year? LOL. Yeah. She was NOTHING to him. Everyone always says that the reason he forgave him was because they're the last Time Lords, but I don't buy it. That's rubbish, and no reason to forgive someone at all for genocide on an almost inconceivable scale, centuries of deception, desertion, theft, messing around with time lines, and MORE. And if fair's fair, why did the Family deserve an eternity of torture for making the Doctor live as a human for two months (OMG so awful!) while the Master deserved absolutely nothing for all of that? If a member of my immediate family did something horrible I'd still love them. But they're my immediate family. If it was just some random guy, or someone I've hated all my life... I wouldn't forgive them. That's just nuts. ._. He wasn't really doing what was morally right. He couldn't know what was morally right in that situation. How does he know they really do any harm? How does he know what the lives of the people selling them are like? No, he was lashing out in anger and frustration, not being moral. Don't worry, I always write too much too. XDD <3

least favorite: when he became the doctor.
XDD no i dont know there have been a lot. i hate it when hes all dlksfjkasjfdk i dont know im very bitter
you get me, muskratio. youre about the only one. we see clearly. hell i have times where tom bakers annoyed the s**t out of me. plus i dont understand why my friend crowes of tennants sexiness and showed me him naked XD i was not impressed XDDD i dont find tennant to be an extremely wonderful doctor and it peeves me that people say tennants the best and go further to say that hes the only one theyve seen or just eccleston and tennant. im not much better, mind you, but im trying to broaden it. i was going to watch troughton on my gramps comp if there were any youtube vids but his comp went nuts cos of weather.
gah its not tennant rant time is it? am i allowed to do so? im afraid someone will tear me to pieces. i know there are tennant fans out there, even in here that do have good reasons for liking him and i applaud you sincerely for doing so
off the top of my hand i cant place certain episodes hes annoyed me; i think my main problem is people crowe of his looks more often than his acting abilities but again ive crowed about tom i know i know but i also talk about how great he was elsewhere
i didnt like him in that one new new york episode much when he took martha with the cats and the face of boe. i dunno why i didnt

NO! XD I DO still like Tennant - there was a time when he was my favorite too. >.> But eh. I've always had a bizarre problem with conformity - it isn't something I actively do, but if it seems like the general public is going one way, I'm naturally drawn towards the other way. XD So it's not that I like David Tennant less, it's just that I like Troughton and (Tom) Baker and Davison and Eccleston more!

i like tennat, i think hes an ok doctor, but i prefer tom baker and eccleston. (the only other doctors ive seen) i just think they played the role better. Tennant just seems to fall out of character at points (like the drug thing) and he just kinda bugs me. there are episodes where ive liked him, but for the most part, i prefer the other docotrs greatly.

This stems from the original series where the original plan was for the two to be brothers: in Planet Of Fire, the Master states "How could you do this to your own...". The final word was supposed to be 'brother' but the producers got cold feet and thus cut it. A reference is even made by Martha Jones when she asks the Doctor if the Master is his secret brother and the doctor gets a serious look on his face for a second before dismissing it as watching too much TV. And those saying that the Doctor has never claimed to have a right to judge people need to go back and watch series 2 all over again. He starts out the series establishing himself as judge, jury, and executioner when he's speaking to Matron Casp about the Infected and states VERY clearly: "I'm The Doctor. And if you don't like it, if you want to take it to a higher authority: there isn't one. It stops with me."

And if you don't like it, if you want to take it to a higher authority: there isn't one. It stops with me." First off, that's based on absolutely no concrete fact from the series. It being hinted twice throughout the whole series at in an EXTREMELY untelling way does not provide a basis for motivation. That makes it entirely speculation on the part of fans, and not terribly good speculation, at that. Even IF they were brothers, it'd still be far too extreme to make sense. I mean, they've been enemies for over a thousand years. No brotherly love could extend that far - it's ridiculous. You hear about people losing touch with their family members in less than a few years! To think that a millenia of intense battling would not come between them? It's stilly. What I meant was in the classic series. I hadn't even remembered he said that, and now it really bothers me. The writing for the majority of Ten's episodes is just appalling. He gets grossly out of character in every single episode, as far as I can remember, and only two have been good enough or had little enough of it to overcome that IMO. >.> That's to no fault of Tennant's, though, who does an okay job with the part. It's not his fault his stories suck. He's suffering from the same thing Seven and Eight did. gonk
