I just... I never liked that band. At all. They probably have one or two good songs, but seriously, never herd them.

Never could get into this band, some people played me their music and I just couldn't stand them, this was before I had been exposed to metal other than Megadeth and Iron Maiden and Metallica.

I only like a select few Metal Core bands to begin with, they are not really one of them, some of there riffs are quite catchy, but I really don't like them at all.

[Opheliac] I just... I never liked that band. At all. They probably have one or two good songs, but seriously, never herd them. one good riff in one song. the rest of it sucks, but it's got one good riff. and that's all that theyve produced that's worth listening to

I have always loved Trivium, I really like metalcore...I don't see what everybody's problem is with it???

They kinda remind me of a less popular Metallica. Matt Heafy has that kind of voice. Otherwise good guitar work.

I really can't hear the resemblance to Metallica everyone keeps talking about... It really for some reason reminds me of Whoracle-era In Flames... The intro of "Jotun" is a good example. neutral

They steal Metallica's sound completely. Listen to their later works and you'll hear it.

My Hollow They steal Metallica's sound completely. Listen to their later works and you'll hear it. Hmm... I just listened to their "Ascendancy" album, and I now hear it... The drumming is really similar, and I see how the singer's style has changed, though it isn't as deep as Hetfield's... I still think the guitar on some tracks and some of the rougher vocals sound more like In Flames, though. confused
