Is there any possible way to get a bee without help from another character or AR? I'm losing it!!!

And yes, there is.
You have to stratregically run away from them, then turn as they approach you.
Continue turning until the swarm whips further than usual...
Go to the inventory screen immediately, equip your net.. leave the menu..
Turn in the direction of the swarm..
Then at the exact moment, swing your net at the swarm and you should catch one.

You know you can sell the swarm of bees for alot of money.

bees also hang out around flowers, so make a big garden of them and you're bound to find one. 3nodding

Actually, Cucco, those are HoneyBees, not Bees.
