*The Master Chief stood waiting outside of the large gates of the Naval Academy. Cortana had told him of a new test that ONI had thought up a few months ago but were testing today, to see if any more upgrades could be added to the armor. He sighed, since he had nothing to do but wait. Idling about, all he could do was think of what the test could be about*

A bit like the Marine Guild, as we get more soldiers there will be the need for more higher ranking people...So just keep posting and seeing if you can get any new people in, and we'll see what happens
