it kinda looks like a skinny girl with baggy clothes. mainly the arms and the neck give me that impression. try giving a bit more to that, not much, but maybe a soft curve on the upper arm or maybe making the neck a tad thicker. i think that might help. or maybe making the clothes a bit more form fitting than baggy (mainly the pants.) to show the curves more.
i think thats a cute drawing. 3nodding
i personally like drawing people other than the normally stick thin manga bish or the buxom pin up model comic icon. its more fun drawing a squat middle aged women with a lion mane hair (hehe i like people watching and drawing....i think im gonna do some more drawing now cause of this!)

DeviantArt has a plethora of FAs who love drawing plus sized women or who take photos of them.
So if you wanted to learn to draw from real life photos, you can find some there.
Or if you want examples, you can find some there.
Fair warning, this guy draws some weird stuff... it's creeped me out, but I'm a pansy...he's still good. I like his girls, they are cute.
I agree with Pawn on thickening up the arms and such.
I'm not the greatest at drawing bigger girls, but I've done it a bit and here are a lot of my examples:
If I had extended her shirt out more and made her hips bigger would appear more fat. Mah bad.

I'm so emo today D: I feel pretty :3 Crappy topless fat girl sketch -_- Ok, I absolutely hate this one but it's one of my most popular 'cause she is obviously fat... Cowgirl. A chubby chipmunk girl. I screwed this one up, but it's still one of my favorite ideas... a plus sized can-can dancer.
I personally use my body for a lot of the examples... although I think I still tend to thin my drawings down...Although most of those are old... maybe I've just gotten fatter crying
I can't get my scanner to work and scan my really cute sketch I'd done at work once, but I suppose I've already given enough examples.
But yeah, I have a lot of photos of real big girls saved and if I ever get back into drawing I'd like to work on learning to draw curves different from mine, or something other than "thick" girls (I've never drawn the really skinny girls typical in anime, mine always had some meat on their bones)

It all depends on the kinda chubby you are going for.. I looked at all of these posts here and none of them had a single roll on them. Ya they were thick.. but no rolls.. nothing to show any excessive "weight" so to speak... umm I usually, instead of depending on a really soild base for a thinner woman, like to kinda free form draw girls with rolls/curves... and adjust as I see fit. It's easiest when you have an actual picture you can look at to see how the rolls would fit naturally on the picture. One I did recently for the band Chubby Chasers (fan art) Banner I did for here. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v108/brokkenangel/biggirlsfairie.jpgSketch I did.. of a fairie. Some nudity, that's why I didn't put the actual picture. lol I'm still learning myself.. but I hope it helps.. a little. x_X

Alana Lyghtwind It all depends on the kinda chubby you are going for.. It's easiest when you have an actual picture you can look at to see how the rolls would fit naturally on the picture. x_X I honestly have to disagree with that statement, I have used myself as the model for much of my plus-sized artwork, and as such I can promise you there were rolls on there or point out where they are. The second picture I posted she has a stomach, and underneath her skirt I drew a belly on hers like mine, you can't see it...but that's because under my clothes you can't see all mine, and I believe less is more in some cases. Then again, I've never been a fan of the art I've seen of women with very many rolls, especially in specific places, but that's just my personal preference and so I don't draw it. The same with my chubby Daisy Duke, I can see light outlines where I drew her belly, but I didn't want to accent it just for the sake of accenting fat. My crappy topless fat girl sketch not only has a roll on her back, but she has an obvious stomach. And my plus-sized can-can dancer was actually based off a photo of me sitting in my chair in that same pose, however I adapted it to where she was wearing a corset which I feel looks like it's tight on her and she's still thick, and her boobs are popping out. My sketch drawing of the cowgirl is also based off a photo of me, naked, and I drew the body before drawing the clothing because it looks more natural that way. You can see between her arm and her skirt the faint outline of her protruding stomach, and with her vest you can see the obvious rolls from her fat and her thick legs. In fact, I've gone over the original picture with red to show what I'm talking about:
I also highlighted the wrist, where I had drawn a fat roll as I had a fat roll when I sat like that.
And yes, everybody pretty much can guess where my fat rolls are when I'm naked now confused
And thank you, Zombie! heart

Ahh well I suppose the clothing covered up most of the rolls where they would be visible..... but ya... it just all depends on the size of the girl you are drawing.. I tend to use my own body type as a base in some drawings.. or that of other girls I've seen. domokun
edit: also I didn't see the donkey looking girl you posted with the red outline before.. lol.. not all the links wanted to work for me. I really only got to see the ones you posted the actual picture of >.< all of which were a tad thinner looking I think than that one was. 3nodding So teeeeeeechnically I guess I didn't see them all >.< lol. But they all look great. But like I said before.. it alllllll depends on the size of girl you are trying to draw. *nod nod*

lol, right. I was like "that girl isn't skinny, no way." I hate that drawing, which is why I didn't post it up originally.
I use my own body and other girl's bodies for reference.
Although, I haven't drawn in awhile.
At least nothing worth mentioning.

Curves have plagued me in drawing for years, though most people say my femme characters do look a little thick on average, I think they just look a little childish in proportion, well minus the bewbs. sweatdrop She looks a tad muscular more than pudgey, still cute, and I know I can't dray well. And guys, she has a BF... a zombie BF...

In My Opinion: Rounded faces, soft curves and roll help to mark that the drawing is of a thicker, chubby type female to me.
I kind of think, after looking at the drawing, she looks more like an average, not skinny but not fat, maybe a little below average, looking figure...
So maybe some softness and roundness to face could help.
I don't know what you're really going for though...
