Ves had taken over one of the examination rooms and made it his own. He was learning to become a healer so examinations of the other Faction S children are his first tasks. The room has been painted in a sky blue color with clouds to mimic the outside. The room was kid friendly as there is a toy box in the corner of the room as well as books for them to read as well and there was some reading material for the adults as well. Ves didn’t want to stress them out too much about medical examinations he wanted them to be somewhat fun as well. Near the examination table there is a smaller table that had all the materials that would be needed.
Ves kept fiddling with things around the room as to make it more perfect, but in reality he was just nervous. His partner Omarr curled in a corner as to be out of the way of the nervous Snaketail. Ves went over the papers his first patent would be Caleb Goldfur.

Grasped quite firmly between his two fathers, Caleb entered the room, tugging himself free as Riordan closed the door behind them. The boy raced about the room to release some of his pent-up energy while Kaden looked around the room, spotting Ves. The man nodded in greeting to the boy, wondering just what was going to happen here. He'd hate it if Caleb had to get shots because Kaden knew that the youngster would not take it that well.
Caleb had suddenly halted in his running to stare curiously at Omarr. The boy slowly stalked closer, his hand reaching out to try and pet the dragon chimera.

"Hello, I'v Ves and that is Omarr," he said and pointed to where Omarr was laying down to the two parents. Omarr looked at the little hand that was comeing towards him and he got up and got closer to the boy were he could give him a pet if he wanted to.
Ves got down on to his knees, "Hi I'm Ves. What is your name?" he asked the boy.

Caleb grinned happily as Omarr leaned closer and patted the chimera. "I'm Caleb!" The boy announced to Ves, tail wagging excitedly. Was he going to get to play in here, too? Maybe his daddy and uncle were even going to stay with him!
Riordan and Kaden took seats to watch the proceedings. Both were a bit anxious about this whole ordeal. But Ves seemed to be handling it rather well... for now. Caleb would be a tough kid to have the first time around, what with his seemingly endless supply of energy...

Omarr did a happy hissy sound as Caleb patted him.
"Well Caleb you are here for a check up to make sure that you are healthy growing boy. First we are going to check your heart and lung sounds, if you want to hop on onto the table and take your shirt off and after that I'm going to check on how fast you can run on an indoor track." Ves said to Caleb and hopeing that he would make this fun for him.

Caleb paused in patting Omarr. "Runs?!" His tail started to wag so fast it was basically just a blur. "Okay. I wanna go run!" With that, the boy darted over to the table and managed to scramble up on top of it before tangling himself in an attempt to get his shirt off.

Ves just smiled as he helped Caleb get his shirt off. He took his stethoscope off the table and let Caleb look at it. "This will let me hear your heart and lungs to see it they are sounding right." Ves said and breathed on it to warm it up a bit before it touched Caleb's skin. He first listened to his heart and it sounded normal, so now onto the lungs. "Caleb could you breath in and out for me?" Ves asked as he moved the stethoscope to his back.

Caleb peered at the stethoscope curiously, watching as Ves stuck the small ends into his ears then lifted it up to his skin and listened. He wondered if he could try hearing through it too, but Ves asked him to breath in and out before he could ask the older boy. The boy inhaled and exhaled, more than likely a bit too quickly for Ves' taste in what he was trying to do. But Caleb was going to get to run after this, right? So much fun!

Ves thought that it was to quick, but at least there was no cracking to the quick breath from Caleb. "Ok now for the running, you can leave your shirt off or you can put it back on if you want, Caleb." Ves said as he walked over to a cleverly hidden door and opened it. It lead to an indoor track, not as big as an outdoor one but it serves the same function. "Well you can run as fast as you want but I want you to do at least 5 laps around the track and you can start when you want to and after that I'm going to set up some hirdles for you to jump and run," Ves said and hopeing that running around would burn off some of that energy where some more of the difficult things could be done with out Caleb bouncing of the walls.

Unfortunately, Caleb hadn't heard half of that as the boy had darted off as soon as the track was in sight. A place to run! Where he would be yelled at for running! His adoptive parents chuckled, Kaden standing to fetch the shirt Caleb had abandoned upon the table.

Ves just had to laugh. He had never seen someone so excited about running and he followed him to the track. "So run your heart out, Caleb and when I say stop I'm going to change the track." Ves said and got his stop watch out and waited for Caleb to run.

Caleb gave a nod and darted off to start running around the track. After several times around, Caleb slowed, a grin wide upon his face. "What'cha gonna do to the track?" He was rather curious to what Ves would do next.

Ves was a little suprized at the speed that Caleb ran the track a few times, but then he really should be becasue he read something in his file about it. "Well I'm going to set up some hurdles for you to jump as you run around the track, to test your agility. Then after that we are going to head back to the other room to finish things up with the check up and if you are good a treat after words." he replied.
Going over to a little shed that was near the track he took several hurdles out and set them up over the track at different intervles. Then he walked back to Caleb. "Now you can run as you please and if the hurdles are too high just say and I can reajust them," he said.

Caleb wasn't quite sure what Ves meant as the older boy explained what he was going to do, but as the kid watched Ves set the hurdles up, he grasped the idea. The things were there for him to jump over, okay. He wasn't sure if he could actually do it, but it didn't look too hard...
The boy started around the track once again and tried to jump the first hurdle, but his trailing foot got tangled in the hurdle and Caleb tumbled to the floor. Kaden and Riordan watched anxiously as the boy bounced back up and started to run again. The next hurdle, Caleb cleared and was a bit startled to have done so and thus tripped over the third.
A few bumps and bruises later, Caleb was managing the hurdles rather well.

Ves saw that maybe the hurdles were a little too much when he saw Caleb trip and fall, but was releaved that he got back up to do it once more until he has mastered them. With a little more practice his agility would be flawless, but for him to do this much now was outstanding and he wrote donw the results of what he saw. "That is enought for now, we have to finish the rest of the check up. But after words you want to run around you can come back here if you like and there is a door to the outside the building," Ves said and pointed to another door that was on the oppsite side of the track from Ves and he started to walk back to the other room.
