The Mizakira clan resides in the out side part of Kirigakure with their own district. They have a library that is filled with books of water, ice, and summoning jutsus and the history of serpent along with the secrets of their Kekkai Genkai and how the clan was created. They specialize in water and ice style jutsu and summoning techquines. They are also very skilled in taijutsu and the art of combat with a lance. Most clan members fight with a lance or their fists and feet, but if need be they'll use a lot of water and ice jutsus. Most if not all clan members tend to wear a lot of blue or white and always carries a lance with them. They are a kind clan thats at the top of high society they are rich and mannerful clan you have nice manner but aren't really nice to those they feel are below them. The members of the clan usually don't wear their clan banner on their clothing because its tattooed to their left arm at the age of five giving that person the clans Kekkai Genkai.

Bloodline Limit
At the age of five the clan member is giving a tattoo at is marked on there left arm with a special ink in the form of a sea serpent to awaken the Bloodline Limit within that member a giving the power to control it. The beast is permenitly mark on the member for life with no change of getting it removed, but as the years go by and the clan member get stronger so goes the Bloodline limit. As the clan member becomes stronger and ages the tattoo also ages and changes. The serpent tatoo will become surround by a circle thats been divided into three parts once that person reaches the highest level of the Bloodline limit. The Bloodline allows the user a high level of charka and a higher rank of ice and water style techniques also giving them the ability to summon serpent in battle. Finally what the Bloodline limit is most famous for is the ability to mimic parts a Wyvern such as: fins, claws, a tail, fangs, skin, and horns. This ability lets the user mold their chakra outside their body into those parts of a serpent, but as a flaw the mimicking ability takes up a lot of the users charka living them exhausted after awards.

Receiving the tattoo
At the age of five the clan member is marked with a tattoo of a serpent with special ink that awakens the bloodline limit with the clan member. Followed by the awakening of the bloodline limit the user gets a small chakra boost giving him/her more chakra then most kids at their age. Also they learn who to use ice and water style techniques at the ranks of D-C, but as a draw back they can only use those two elements of jutsus.

Level 1
The user gets a better chakra boost and get his/her ice and water justu ranks boosted to C-B. Also this level allows the user the abilty to mold their chakra to mimic two parts of a serpent, the fangs and claws. But as another draw back the user can only hold the mimic for about 5-10 minutes.

Level 2
The user gets a much more higher chakra boost and his/her ice and water style jutsu ranks can be as high as ranks B-A. Also he/she can mimic 3 more parts of a serpent, the fins which are located on the outer arm of the user, resembling that of a fish, horns, and gills that also resembles that which fish have, making them able to breath on land and in the water. The user can hold the mimic to about 30 minutes to an hour also is allowed to sign their name on the sea serpent summoning scroll and is able to summon a serpent in combat.

Level 3
The users charka is now boost to a much more high rank then that of a Joinin and about that of a Hokage. The ice and water style jutsu ranks in the A-S ranks. Also this allows them to mimic the final pieces of a serpent, the skin, which is now a blue-ish color and quite smooth, resembling that of a sharks, a dorsal fin, again resembling much like a sharks, and finally a tail, alot like the Hakira's tail, but without the scales. users can now hold the mimic for about two hours.

Ice Element: Blizzard Shards

This jutsu is done when the user does the required hand symbols and takes in a deep breath, filling his or her lungs with Ice based chakra. When the user expels there lungs they can fire fairly large, and quite sharp, pieces of ice from there mouth.

Serpents Bite

This jutsu was never really considered an official jutsu seeing that it was a jounin from the clan who created it opposed to an elder. The idea behind the jutsu was to charge a weapon with the same ice-water chakra as used in the Serpent Breath jutsu.

Summoning!

Description:

After signing there name in blood on the summoning scroll the Mizakira shinobi can summon serpents to fight along side them. The serpent that is summoned will be dependent on the circumstances said shinobi is in.

Deriza: Deriza is the worst serpent you can possibly summon, still half in his egg he is more then useless in battle. Deriza is quiet and easily scared, popping his head back into his shell when ever there is danger.

Zezima and Ferimore the Serpent twins: These two are always summoned in pair, both them seemingly identical other then Zezima, the boy, is deep blue in color while Ferimore, the girl, is more of a sky blue. These two are still infants also but quite more brave then Deriza. These two will attack an opponent with all there might, even though there might isn’t all that much. They have also been known to coil themselves around the summoning shinobi’s arms and share there chakra with that shinobi if they are running low or need some spare energy.

Dekzen: Dekzen is a ‘teenage’ serpent that isn’t often seen. He is quite lazy and tends to not do much unless attacked or made fun of. He is quite reckless in battle and his serpent’s breath is quite weak, although a hit from his tail packs a bit of a punch.

Viro the Just: Viro is one of the more powerful serpents, and unlike many others, has legs and two large arms. She is covered in polished silver, complete with a helmet concealing her face. On her back she has a long katana and a polished silver shield with the Mizakira family crest on it.

Querion the Strong: Querion is thought to be Viro’s twin brother, although no one is really sure. He is much like his sister with arms and legs but substantially buffer and slightly larger then her. Across his face from his left brow down to right below his right nostril there is a scar and on his back he carries to long slender katana’s that he uses in battle.

Serpent Queen: Unlike the rest of the family, and all summoned creatures for that matter, the serpent queen cannot talk in human tongue, although she does understand it. She is quite quiet but every once in a while will let out a cry much resembling that of a whale. She, along with her husband are the largest of the serpents. The queen has fins, much resembling that of a sea turtle instead of legs, but still has arms. She doesn’t normally like to fight but if one of her children are in any kind of threat she will attack with all her might. Unlike Querion and Viro she does not fight with a weapon but does have an immensely powerful serpents breath and can also use jutsu’s to create large amounts of water (( resembling the jutsu used by that fish akatsuki guy what I cant remember his name )).

Serpent King Rezi: Serpent King Rezi is by far the strongest and the hardest to control of all the summoned serpents. He is without legs or fins but still has 2 large arms with silver bracers on them. Around his neck he has a silver pendant with the largest sapphire you’ll ever see imbedded in the middle of it. On his back he carries a HUGE sword, the sharp edge looking quite wavy. He has the same jutsu’s as his wife, his serpents breath being the strongest out of all of them ( dur ), and is able to talk with humans.

The user must do the required hand seals then concentrate as water spills from his or her mouth (( Much resembling the jutsu of that akatsuki guy who I still cant remember his name )).
