Here is where I would ask for your requests to join the Mod team. In any requests, I ask for the following.
Activity in the Refuge. How often you check in and/or post.
Time spent in the Refuge. How long have you been with us?
Goals. Is there any reason you wish to join my administrative staff? What can you offer/volunteer to make us consider you?

Most people here already know me as Gale, or G.O.D., and I'd love to take a shot at being a crew member of the guild.
My activity, until lately, has not been the best, I know, due to the circumstances beyond my control. At this point in time, my activity could be considered at the peak of it has ever been, with me checking in a few times everyday, but with college looming near, that time might get cut to several times a week.
I've been on Gaia since 2005 of March, and based on my inactivity during the middle of that time, I'd say that I've been with the RPR for about a year or so, maybe somewhat less. (If anyone can tell when my RPR anniversary is, I'd love to know!)
My goals as a crew member are simple, though somewhat cliché. I hope to try and raise the literacy levels of all those in the guild, hopefully helping the members both inside the guild, and in real life; hopefully without scaring anyone off. I know this might be a futile plan, but one can dream.
I can help with day-to-day moderation, maintenance of the forums and such. Checking in several times a week, if not everyday, is part of what I can offer.
I am willing to attempt mostly any task given to me, even if it sounds like the most atrocious request in the world. One can not know if they can actually do it until they try.
If that is all asked of me, then that is all I will give.

Most people call me Forsaken.
I'm fairly active on here most of the time, though I admit my activity in role plays not my own is low because they're all so...started. They all have page counts very high, and I don't want to interfere, but in answer to the question, I check the guild every day. I've been here about three months, not very long really, but I've tried to remain as active as I can.
The reason(s) I believe that I would benefit the RPR is I like to maintain order and make sure that rules are followed. I am fair, but stern when it comes to enforcing rules. I will make sure that people uphold the literacy that this guild was more than likely founded on.

Activity in the Refuge. How often you check in and/or post: Sadly, not as much as I wish I could. I'm not in many RPs, the RPs I'm in aren't all that active... I think, and I'm in school. Yeah, as I've said before, School, Homework, and Half-Life 2 have pretty much sapped away my Gaia time...
Time spent in the Refuge. How long have you been with us: Well, if you include not_of_yours787, my account that got hacked, I've been round about two years I'd say. Maybe a little less, I have a hard time remembering.
Goals. Is there any reason you wish to join my administrative staff? What can you offer/volunteer to make us consider you: ... I want people to like me! crying ... Just kidding. If nothing else, I'd like to put my two-bits into the production of an active guild.
Of course, my two-bits aren't much... if anything at all. I really can't think of anything I can offer accept for what little time I have available to spend on Gaia... Mostly, I'd just like to help, in any way that you can think I might be able to do... Okay, I admit, I'm drawing a blank at this point sweatdrop ... ninja .

Activity in the Refuge: I check in at least once a day, although I tend to be OCD and so it's tends to be more often.
Time spent in the Refuge: I think it's been like 2 years...I'm not sure I was heiwa90 when I first got here, so let's see.*runs off to find first post* Basically 2 years.
Goals: I really want to start a RP 101 type of class (most likely in the Review section). Essentially the absolute basics and tricks of the trade that'll help newbies get more acclimated (and probably I'll copy the rules over there too, cause people seem to not read them). I admit that when it comes to rping I'm not as good as some other people, so I'd try to recruit some people who are really good to help out. Eventually it'd be nice to have a second class for more in depth stuff. There'd be articles on character creation (probably Merlinic's and some more) but the basic one would be for beginner's. I think even if I don't get the modship, I'll do this anyway actually. But I'd love to help in anyway that's possible!

Goals I'd like to make a subforum for experimental RPs or a mass RP. The mass RP would probably be based on the sci fi RP I'm writing called Dragonaut. It's between that and Guardian Spirit, a kung fu epic set in ancient china with lots of magic, swords and dragons.

As an update:
Gale OverDrive is accepted and is now a Neo Mod.
Electric Kool-Aid has also been accepted.
Screemer, your aims seem more towards your own wishes, rather than the good of the guild. With respect, your request is denied.
Mr_Zombie and Alwyn . . . both of you have your hearts in the right place. Trouble is, neither of you seem to have much drive for the responsibility. I like you both, but for now it seems best you just relax a bit more. Enjoy yourselves.
Forsaken, you are interesting. In what I read, you seem more an enforcer than a moderator. While that can be a good thing, it disturbs me more than a bit. This place was based on friendship and good RP, as much as I hate to say it, not literacy. We do our best, but if all you wish is to 'enforce', then perhaps you are not ready to be a mod for the Refuge.

Goals. I want to join so I can help you guys out with anything you need and I can offer you a person who won't be judgmental to someone because of their sex, sexuality, and color/race. I know this is short but it's the most I can offer.

I don't think age matters, all we're looking for are good dedicated mods and you can be one even though you are only 13. Go ahead and apply.

You know what? I would like to be a mod and I really can't see any harm in applying for the job, so here goes nothing:
Name: MasterDream, but please just call me Dream. I don't deserve the rank of Master quite yet.
Activity in the Refuge: Quite often, though mainly in the Roleplays I have joined. Lately I've been going around a lot more though, and I've been looking at all the new posts, not just the Roleplays. I do have over 1,000 posts here, though; check the Member list.
Time spent in the Refuge: I would still consider myself new here compared to most, but I would say about 7 or 8 months, maybe longer? It certainly seems like a lot longer.
Goals: I can offer some things, I guess. I'm not quite the type of person who would go around enforcing everything, and I must say I probably wouldn't delete a lot of posts, but I would certainly tell people if they're messing up or something, most likely through a PM or simply adding a small message to the end of their post. I also support good grammer, even if I make mistakes occationally. And, of course, I would like to see the Roleplay Refuge become a better place for everyone. It may sound cheezy and generic, but that's what I want.

Activity in the Refuge: A ton. I come on every day and stay on for at least an hour. I've joined a lot of RPs and have created a couple of my own.
Time in Refuge: I'm not absolutely sure, but I'm guessing maybe a year. This was the first guild I joined.
Goals: I'm all for keeping this Guild successful and clean. I'm not a big literate fan but I do support it. I want to help be literate, but I won't press the point. I also want to make sure RPs are structured well and make sense.
I can do moderation in general. Help keep the forums clean, making sure people follow the rules, etc. I can offer my services almost every day of the week (though Wednesdays may prove difficult).
I'll try any task you throw at me. I mean, there's nothing I can think of that I won't give a try.
I hope that's good enough. I've been thinking about this for awhile

Activity in the Refuge -- Due to start of college, my activitiy has not been so great lately, but I am now settled into my dorm, ready to jump back on track. Usually, I get on several times a day and post.
Time spent in the Refuge -- I'm not quite sure... Though this account was made a long time ago, I did not start becoming active until 2006, I think. My guess is I have been in this guild for maybe little more than half an year.
Goals. Is there any reason you wish to join my administrative staff? What can you offer/volunteer to make us consider you? -- My goals as a member of the moderators are to encourage RP's with interesting and in-depth plots, and to encourage the pursuit of further developing one's RP-ing or writing skills. I am not exactly the best writer, English was not my first language, but I will help anyone as best as I can or find someone who knows the answer to the question at hand. I will check in everyday to help with moderating the forums, maybe help with coming up with events or advertising the guild. I tend to take up things that most people avoid.
