It is the Year 2316 and war abounds. All but the wealthiest are forced into the streets to fend for themselves however they can. Gangs in the sense that they used to be thought of are no more. Now a gang is any large group of people that come together under a leader. There are several types of gangs under different categories, mains and subs being general categories. There are also assault, defense, recon, medic, thief, and assasin. Each gang is listed and classified by the police force as they find out about them. That is the only duty the PDs has anymore because of the decay that has destroyed most of the planet. The predominant gang right now is Letum Tigris, the Death Tiger gang. Join a gang or make your own, anything is possible.
Years of experimentation in the 2200s mean that many current humans have special powers that make them unique and desirable for a gang. These people are in the most danger as there have been times when one gang will annihilate another just to gain one person. Powers include things such as instantaneous healing, the power to restore a soul to a body, controlling fire, wind, or lightning, and many more that haven’t been discovered before. A new breed have also been created, code named Angels because of their appearance and power. Beware, not all angels are good ones, just like the bible there are also fallen ones.

3. Romance allowed, but keep it PG 17
4. Swearing allowed, but keep it mild
5. No godmodding or autohitting
6. No killing unless me or the other person agree
7. No more than 2 profiles per character and use different colors to show who’s talking.

Gangs can battle for control of territories if they wish. There are twelve territories and they are labeled like a clock, i.e. territory one would be from 12-1 on the clock, territory 2 would be 1-2, then 2-3, 3-4, etc. Each territory will be standard sections of a city with mini-marts, food stores, sporting good stores, and all the other things in a city.

Then, he can kill. Bio: He has family, but he nurtures a disgust and hatred for them. He was born with a strange enhancement in his body, golden eyes, and the ability to mutate. He fought fiercesomely to protect a family that was being attacked by a gang, but was about to be killed when another gang came to save him and defeat the other gang. Vanyel sighed and took his fighting stance again. "Always the hard way." he said as he charged and took down the three invading gang members. He left them alive so that when they sobered up they could go to their own territory. He walked back to the hideout of his own gang, the Letum Tigris. Throwing himself on a couch he waited for other members to come back from the field.

Liran ducked under an enemy gang member's swing then stabbed the man in the side with his dagger. The wound wasn't lethal, but if he did not get medical attention soon, then he would die. Liran turned around quickly and sliced an enemy gang member's bullet in half before it hit him, all in less than a milli-second. Then, he drew his own gun, shooting the unfortunate man.
He turned around, knives bared as he heard the approach of another.
"Hey, Liran, take it easy." his fellow Letum Tigris member said. "We're done here, let's get back to headquarters."
"Sure," Liran said, wiping his knives clean and sheathing them. "Just a minute."
He took some bandages out of his pack and stopped the bleeding of the man he had stabbed.
As he finished, his fellow gang member asked. "Why are you doing that? They are the ones who entered our territory. One less enemy is good, right?"
"We were not ordered to kill, merely to scout and warn them away." he said simply.
They headed back to headquarters, and when they arrived they saw Vanyel, their leader, already back.

Upon seeing more of the Tigris come back, he lifted his hand in salute and said, "How did border patrol go for you? I hit some trouble myself." Vanyel sat up and realized he was hungry. He walked over the the fridge in the corner and made a sandwich of different stuff that was contained in it.
