Besides meditation (if you do so), have you ever been actually aware of your Chakras during your everyday life? Please share if you have. I have always thought it a great thing to be able to actually be truly aware of your Chakras throughout every day life. Life gets so hectic that it takes skill to really become aware of such seemingly subtle things. I believe that when you became aware of your Chakras in everyday life, that you are becoming more aware of your self, spiritually and physically.
There are days at while I'm at work that I can literally 'feel' my brow Chakra working at its, what seems like, max capacity. I get this a lot at school as well. Many times I can feel when one of my main Chakras is getting tired, or becoming closed. I like that I can sense that because I can then focus more on that Chakra when I do my meditations.
So, what about you? Any experiences?

Usually, the only times I can sense my own chakras is when I am meditating or channeling energy (for healings).
