I think prices will go up.
Americans are taxed more heavily then ever, and there's lots o inflation. So what was that I heard about taxation curing inflation?

I honestly have no clue whether or not to think this will cause inflation or deflation.
I totally agreed with the fact that prices will go up since people want to get some profit, but after reading this topic, I'm beginning to think it may cause deflation.
I don't know, I'm in between right now. I'm just gonna see what's gonna happen. ><

this is what I predict to happen-NOTHING
Yes we will have inflation at first becasue most people will try to compensate for that 2%. After that when people get lazy a period of deflation. Adn after that even more inflation from people taking advantage of the said market flux

There's probably going to be a great deal of people who will refuse to sell in this new Market Place. They'll probably stick to the Exchange forum and do trades. I don't want 2% of MY gold going to the Gaian government, mosty because it doesn't exist. It's just a gold eater, and it won't cause deflation. THAT much is for certain.

It stops Market place whores from getting 10 gold at a time every 10 seconds when buying/selling a common.
