The new members and posts here are always welcomed, and I'm happy to see this guild grow... but sadly, there's been a few things that have bothered me.

First of all, this is a poll guild. I understand making a mistake in leaving off a poll, or not knowing how to make one... but don't argue with the members on adding one. Polls aren't an option... that's the point of this guild. Way back when polls made more gold, and it was worth while to be a poll whore, this guild's purpose was served well... It might not be as profitable to be a poll whore anymore, but please remember that this guild is okay to spam Naruto yaoi with, but not without a poll.

Secondly, I think in my absence Chieira has been a much more kind leader than I would have been. If you get a warning then adjust what was warned about, and return. I didn't think it was complicated to not be rude to people when the rules are that there is to be NO fandom flaming... but apparently, it is. The three warnings then a temporary ban is generous; don't make us use them. Really, we shouldn't have to warn you more than once.

Finally, I'd like to remind you that Gaia's PG-13 rules apply to guilds as well. If you violate this by posting a lemon (sexual situations) or otherwise graphic material, you will be auto-banned.

I don't think many members know that when something like that shows up in a guild, that the guild captain will be banned from Gaia. Would you want to be banned for something someone else did? Just keep that in mind.

XD; I'm not saying everyone is doing this, but I think this needs to be said.

o.O And I'd have to say it's somewhat disrespectful for people to post in other threads yet ignore this one. At least post that you've read it. I'm tired of the mods and captain being ignored.

I understand completely. I really should brush up on the rules again, just to be refreshed with everything. It does bother me that people don't keep to the PG-13 rule of Gaia, I know sometimes it can hard to distinguish between what is and what isn't PG-13, I even cross the line a little sometimes. sweatdrop But sometimes it's just so obvious...

Well.. I've read and I will do my best to help out around here.
