Q: What happens if you have more then one chosen?

It's recommend you post the chosen, his ulaiths in the next posts and then the second chosen and his ulaiths after them.

Example:

Post 1: First Chosen
Post 2: First Chosen's Ulaith
Post 3: First Chosen's Ulaith
Post 4: Second Chosen
Post 5: Second Chosen's Ulaith.
Post 6: Second Chosen's ulaith

Thought if the first chosen gets a new ulaith, the second chosen and their uliahts will have to be move down a post.
An easy way to do this is like this.
Example:

Post 1: First Chosen
Post 2: First Chosen's Ulaith
Post 3: First Chosen's Ulaith
Post 4: Second Chosen
Post 5: Second Chosen's Ulaith A.
Post 6: Second Chosen's ulaith B

Post 1: First Chosen
Post 2: First Chosen's Ulaith
Post 3: First Chosen's Ulaith
Post 4: New First Chosen's Ulaith
Post 5: Second Chosen
Post 6: Second Chosen's ulaith B
Post 7: Second Chosen's Ulaith A

Instead of moving every one one post down, just move the first ulaith of the second chosen to the bottom and use their post the second chosen's.

Q: Do the galleries have to display stories, random facts or the such?

No, doing so is just being creative and letting people know a bit more about your Ulaiths and Chosen.
By all means, you could just post up the pictures of your ulaiths with just their name displaying over the certed pictures and leave it at that.
But being creative makes going through galleries much funner.
