I think it's great. It doesn't look like she has a skirt, though.
Neck's a bit long (or head's too high up), and the head's a bit.. squashed. Try shading the skin a slight bit cause it looks flat compared to your great shading on everything else.
You don't need to have soooper awesome stuffs to post giftart. It's giftart and if someone complains that it sucks then they don't deserve it.
Also, the guild's pretty slow as of late so don't get worried about the lack of responses. wink

I'd like to add more about proportions. The arms. I think elbows normally occur much lower on the waist.
Also pay attention to the width of them and the shoulders. Right now the character looks fairly masculine (which is fine if that's the look you want), but for a more feminine look, you may want to aim for slender arms and not-so-broad and square shoulders. Same idea for the neck.
Hmm, maybe the eyebrows should be higher above the eye, but that also varies depending on the character itself.
Great job overall though, I am just getting nitpicky now whee Besides, everyone in RAGA it's greatly pleased to get any giftart they recieve. We're not picky, just thankful for everyone's genorosity in drawing us, and try to spread it to others in return! I guess it's kinda like "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth," if anyone besides me has even heard that expression before sweatdrop 3nodding
