Alright i'm only 12 but i wanna be a cook when im older it just seems like so much fun could someone give me some tips and stuff so when i make food to not burn it or something. Thanks a lot i appreciate it.
biggrin In the beginning treat it as a science rather than an art. Learn the rules, the chemistry, the temperatures ranges, the methods. Once those make sense to you - THEN go crazy!!
It means in the beginning, follow the recipe, use good quality ingredients, quality tools, thermometers, check oven temps.
It's a skill, take time to learn your craft!!
