why do people hate naruto so much question is it because its anime, abut ninjas

I can actually answer this questions from a few points of view.
1` From a hater of Anime's P.O.V.- For that fact all together. It's anime. Not everyone is going to like anime, my sister (one of them for example) LOVES reality TV, everything MTV she LOVES. But me and my other sister on the other hand, loves anime (And Naruto at that). So it just depends on your preference.
2` From an anime lover's P.O.V.- Naruto has become very popular and some people might not like that, I know that I go for some very under the radar shows sometimes. And it bothers me when It becomes so popular, but then again, on the other hand, the reason I watch it, is because its so good, which would explain why it has become so popular.
3` Random- Someone that likes anime, may not like the storyline, and some people might hate Naruto for the fillers, and some may just hate Naruto for the main character, characters in general. Whatever. Everyone has their own reasons for hating it, just like everyone has their own reasons for liking it, loving it, or obsessing over it, like some of us here. It all depends on who you are, and what you like. And just like I have a lot of friends that don't like Naruto, I can see why. I mean, some just watch the english version, and that is fine, but still. All in all, opinions are opinions and we can't dislike or exclude anyone from it.
Unless they are pompus bastards that bash everyone and everything just because they can't decide what they like and what they don't.

I asked myself the same question a year ago but after hearing my friends opinion and watching it a second time I can understand why. Some people don't like anime in general because it can be so repetitive. Same plotlines, character personalitites, styles, nothing new and it takes a while for one to appear that's different. Naruto can be considered one of them. I mean, look at Bleach, it's almost scary how similar they are! In other views some think it's unrealistic and ridiculous, I mean, bright orange ninjas who use jutsu's and are loud and obnoxious? For one of my friends it just isn't realistic enough and it's just too popular. And some people may just hate anime for no good reason, it all just depends on what you like.

-Trusty. I agree with this entirely, I just don't know how to put my mind into words but, you can't really be sure why anyone dislikes some anime.

u_u People think that Naruto has become more popular, and that raises problems. Like everywhere you go, someone is screaming Naruto in your face.
They also refer to all Naruto watchers as little kids, because lack of nudity and violence

it is true that one of the reasons is the English dub, but many other reasons include: they only watched one episode and didn't think that particular ep. was good, they are pirates and hate ninjas, they are just stupid, they are ignorant, they hate fillers, they hate long series, or they hate someone that likes Naruto, ect. But in the end I just think they are idiots!!!! stressed

I have an anime hater living in my house... My brother thinks anime is the stupidest thing to hit tv... gonk I think it's just because it's so unrealistic. Then again, a lot of my friends don't like anime/Naruto because I am absolutely addicted and they think it's a waste of time. But I converted one of my friends who used to think Naruto was really stupid, because the only episode she watched before was episode 25, when they were taking the written test...(I showed her a pic of sasuke and she immediately wanted to see him on the show, so I got her to watch the first episode first so she knew what was going on and she loved it blaugh ) If the first episode you see is in the middle, it's hard to understand what is going on, so you might think it's really stupid or confusing.

And here's the fagget way of not liking anime.
"Oh,yeah i grew out of cartoons when i was like 7...im just too cool to start watching stuff like that again...and you should be too"
I hate people like that,cause they think that they are too good or too cool and stuff like that.
I still watch spoungebob for god's sake just cause i dont care what people think about me(i might be going off topic a little,but i think it's necessary...)
