He had a big gulp of Mountain Dew, one of those things that he knew he wasn't supposed to drink because of the combination of caffiene and sugar that he didn't need, and a package of miniture snickers bars. With them in hand he was sitting on the ground watching the most facinating game known to man, something he didn't think enough people knew about and felt should be advertised to the pretty girls of the world. It was this Dance Dance game! His ears turned forward as he watched but seemed to be oblivious to the fact that they were begininers and not doing so well he cheered them on none the less.

This game was the best thing ever because the people that played it bounced a lot and that was something a growing boy could appreciate. He lifted his cup up to take a sip from the straw then gave a whistle as one of the girls got to doing really well. Mind you he only noticed because the game announced it to all those watching. She gave him a smile kept dancing, his cheering always seemed to be something that others enjoyed. So they were both getting something out of it even if he felt he was getting the better end of the deal.

He popped a couple candies into his mouth, chewing and watched. The game to him was more of a spectators sport then anything else. He'd been talked into trying it once and failed miserabley, the only upside to the loss being that he got hugs and lots of people telling him that he'd tried and that was the most important thing. His eyes widened as the most facinating thing appeared, the two on the game stepped off when their session was over and out of the crowd to play next were two cute girls that looked identical, "Woah... dancing twins, awesome." He said to him self.

Valens was so lost in the show that he didn't even notice that someone was coming up behind him until they were pressed against his back. He gave a squeak and a jump, looking over his shoulder in a guilty sort of manner... then gave a sigh of relief. Oh good, it wasn't like the manager of the place or something, "Hello Zyanya." He said, before looking back to the game thoughtfully, "I am watching the game. I mean they are playing the game so surely at least sorta watching it?"

It was a lie of course, it was like five percent game and nintyfive percent pretty girls playing the game. He watched a moment more before holding up his cup, "Drink?" He offered. He didn't seem to bothered that he was being used as something to rest on, in fact he liked it. One could tell by his idiot grin.

"There is candy too if you want any." He said, taking another large draw off the cup before he set it next to him. He didn't mind sharing his stash of sugar since he wasn't going to be able to bring it home with him, it was banned from the house or at least he was banned from having it. His tail started to swishing when she scratched his ear, an unconcious reaction that said he rather liked it.

He couldn't help but laugh, "Yeah, I guess being a girl you would know right?" His mother could read his father's mind for the most part it would seem too, "I would like to learn to play the game, one seems to get a lot of attention doing so but... eh. I am not exactly that graceful so I started to watch instead."

And he was still watching.

Valens looked over at her when she sat next to him, taking in the look of her outfit. It seemed she had a definately style that was he own. He blinked when he realized he was kinda starring and quickly turned his gaze back to the game. It didn't bother him to stare at the gamer girls but as Zyanya was his friend he didn't want to insult her.

"Me playing that game is rather like... well a horse attempting to dance." He said, laughing a bit, "Hooves aren't exactly the best for dancing but... I guess if you want to try and haven't before I won't look silly alone right?" He sounded a bit happy about the idea.

He opened and ate a couple of his chocolates before looking over at her, "Be a good idea to burn off some of the sugar or they will know I was sneaking it." He whispered, as if by some magic his parents would hear him.

Valens gave a shake of his head again doing his best not to stare before he got up to his feet with her help, "Yeah, I was forbidden it a while back it makes me to hyper I am told." He brushed off his pants which could have been at once rather nice but were a bit to beat up and grassed stained to tell exactly.

He stretched out all over then shifted back and forth on his hooves, "I haven't seen it then again I think I have always run around like crazy so hard to tell the difference between running around and running around on a sugar high." He dug into his pocket to fish out a couple of quarters, from the jingling of his pockets it spoke of much change being contained within, "I will go get us a spot in line."

It was easy enough, putting the two quarters up next to some other ones got you in line. There was the twins who were dancing now then one other pair before they could try.

He walked back over to her side to await their turn at the game, tilting his head to the side in a thoughtful sort of way, "Not to terribly much, just the same old sort if stuff. I did get my dragon not long ago, shes really pretty! She helps me out a lot to as I have a bit of a problem with directions." He was quite proud of his Ellie as she was such a well behaved young lady, or at least that was how she acted like a lady. His tail gave a little swishing, "She is a little ways from here with her face stuck to the glass of one of the other shops."

She was no doubt drooling still over the stuff inside, he didn't think he would ever understand what it was with dragons and jewelry. No doubt since he didn't wear any or see the point in it. With his luck he would lose it moments after getting it, "What about you? What have you been doing?" He asked, curiously.

"Ellie is a Silver, I always thought it was funny that they were named after their colors." He said, grinning a bit. It was lack of creativity in whoever first decided to give them the names. Silvers who were Silver, Blacks that were Black, it was amusing to the horse boy for some reason.

"Ohhh. A gang?" He seemed to be thinking on that a moment before looking a bit unsure, "What would you want with one of those? Aren't they dangerous?" He always heard about 'gang violence' on the news on the TV so surely making one of those couldn't be a good idea?

Valens gave a laugh, "I don't know how I am gonna do with that, magic is interesting but seems a bit complicated. Guess I can only do my best." He said and shrugged off her thanks, "I didn't mind, seemed like he needed the help."

"I don't think it suits they, such boring names for such wonderful creatures." He said, his tail swishing. He listened closely to the words she was saying, so it was a gang that was there to protect others? It seemed sorta like a Robin Hood idea he thought idly to himself and wondered if that would make a gang better, if it were there to deal with other gangs that were comprised of people that were good. Maybe...?

The horse gave a jolt, hooves clicking on the ground when she suddenly hit the wall and his feet reacted in the way of flight. He stopped after a couple steps and lifted a hand to his chest, "That scared the life out of me." He said, giving a sigh of relief. There was that problem that went along with being a horse, when things startled him and he felt that overwhelming desire to run like hell from it.

He walked back to her feeling a bit embarrassed over his near retreat then reached a hand out to take her hand, looking it over, "Hmmm? You want some ice?"
