ReferralCove Terms of Service

Read all terms carefully before doing an offers. All terms and conditions in this agreement are accepted the minute you complete your first offer, whether you read all of this or not. I, Evan "Stone" Armagast, reserve the right to update or change this agreement without notification of the members of this guild. I would update you toward the policy change privately, but the ability to send Private Messages to multiple people has been removed. Instead I will make a post in the main forum. The second you complete an offer after the update of this document, you are in agreement. If at any time you do not agree with the ToS, you must leave the Guild and will not receive any future payments.

Who Can Join ReferralCove?
Anyone can join ReferralCove because we're a Guild on GaiaOnline and have a sub-forum used for chatting and playing games. On the other hand, some sites you sign up for require you to be at least 13 years of age. Some also ask that you be a US citizen or anything along those lines. If your account it deleted for any of these reason, I will ask that the money be refunded, otherwise you will be banned from the guild. If you are deleted from multiple websites for this reason, you will be banned whether you refund the money or not.

Mule Policy
You are only allowed on account, no mules. Do not attempt to sign up for multiple accounts on sites just to make more money. A site admin will notify me. Your first attempt will result in your mule being banned, but if you're caught again, all of your accounts will be banned from the guild.

If you share a computer with a relative who has an account here, please clarify, but if it turns out you have multiple members of your family on here, actions will be taken resulting in multiple account being deleted, just to reserve fairness.

If you've forgotten you GaiaOnline username or password, or just are making a new account, for whatever reason, please PM me or the Vice Captain telling us so that we can ban your old account.

Payment System
ReferralCoves members accumulate earnings based on how much Gaia Currency I have. If I am short that month, I reserve the right to hold off large sum cash outs for a month. As long as I can payout all members, all payments will be sent out on the 15th of each month. I'll try to get them out before the Monthly Collectibles are released. No promises though. If I'm on vacation or doing something else that may result in me not being able to pay that day, I will pay on the 16th, or the day I return. I will also leave an Announcement warning you how long I will be gone, when I'm leaving, and when I'll return. Considering I'm 14, live at with my parents, and go to school everyday, this won't be an incredibly stable system.

Account Bannings
Even though you will usually receive a warning, I have the right to ban you from the guild without a warning or notice. If you do receive a notice as to why you you were banned, it will be through Private Message System.

ReferralCove is not liable for failed business opportunities or lost money. I do not guarantee the success of anythings having to do with the offers you fill out.

Spam Policy
Sending unsolicited private messages or emails to people asking them to join ReferralCove, without any prior contact with you is against the spam policy. If anyone complains about your spamming you will be banned.

Advertising Policy
When the advertising system is up, all advertisements must be approved of by myself. To save time for you and myself, the following sites are not allowed; pornography or sexual content, malicious websites, viruses, racist or hate-based websites, anything containing illegal content, anything breaking GaiaOnline ToS.
