Thats to bad, girls camp should be a fun and spiratuale experiance. Sadly mine was not that great the JC leaders didn't know their songs and we, the 6th yrs, kept haveing to pull them out.

Girls camp for me this year wasn't to bad at all. I have had better, but I have certainly been to worse also. Even then for me at least even my worst year at girls camp, everything settled down and was okay at testimony meeting and after. It's the spirit that I go for. Yeah, it's fun to hang out and just not have to care about much, but in the end it's the spirit that I go back for.

I don't know about you guys, but this was like my best year of camp... well, except for the fact that one of the girls in my sister ward was really wierd and tried locking me in the walk in freezer (it was sorta funny I guess, lol). I guess the only part that bumbed me out was on the last two days when everyone was worrying about everyone else's "drama" (and therefore making more) on the last two days. One night some of the YCLs (youth camp leaders, this was my first year as one, yay!) in my cabin were talking about some people from some drama they weren't even involved in when I was trying to go to sleep and so I asked them if they "could please stop talking about other people so I could go to sleep" and they got all mad. I know it was a mean thing to say, I shouldn't have said it, and it turned into a mini-fight (mini because I just got really upset with her and so I pretended to sleep rather than fight) but she got really mad at me then and another girl stood up for me and she ended up crying... so I felt bad for her and for what I did) but the next day everything was fine between all of us.. and yes, i said sorry.
Well other than that camp was great, even if my home ward was embarrassing, especially my little sisters (they did some pretty crazy stuff they would have never have done had there been guys there... no! Nothing bad! but my parents have forbidden all to talk about it....) sweatdrop It really did make camp more fun though! Plus I learned by one girl who drank and energy drink why caffine is against the word of wisdom, lol (for refference that was the least embarrassing thing they did... but they didn't break the word of wisdom again or any commandments)

With the exception of last year, where we were rained out, cold, miserable, and forced to leave a day early, all of my camp experiences were wonderful. What was so horrible about yours?
