Seriously...it's the story. Which is why I like the older ones better. The characters add to the story with their own. it's just great.

well realy now... what do you mean by RPG??? is it real life, game system, or talking to people online? RP'ing online is really fun if your not shy like me. ^^' it's even better if your not even sure who your takling to. sweatdrop

i like to play RPG games because of the stories too ^_^ its gotta have a good story or im just not interested. But i would never role play online in a forum or anything

Its all about the storyline and characters for me. I can play any of the final fantasy games over and over, any of the breath of fires sans dragon quarter i hated that game. Chrono Trigger, Knights of the Old Republic 1 & 2. Rpg's just have much deeper and more interesting story lines than most other games.
Oblivion, Morrowind, Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights.. the list goes on and on heh heh.

Every single one. I mean, I can have weapons and magic and use both of them! Plus there are hot guys, good plot lines and awesome worlds! All of which are not in my world...
