Story
It is after the Chunnin Exams and Stunade is the 5th Hokage. You play as the Naruto characters yet you WILL NOT be following the shows actual storyline. Any Qeustions please PM me.

BEGIN! Naruto got out of bed and got into his cloths. " Woohoo! " He was excited for no reason... He left his house and ran down the street to the Ramen shop. " One ramen please! " He got it and started to eat.

Into the Nara household, everybody was already awake and moving. That is, everybody except one person...... Lost under his multiple blankets, with only a bunch of brown hair showing out, Shikamaru yawned and cracked one eye open to steal a glance at his clock alarm.
10 AM....... "Damn, it's still waaay too early tch.." he muttered while rolling onto his side, putting his pillow over his head and falling back asleep again. A genius like him needed his sleep..... Soon, the silence that had fell once again in his room was broken by a light snore. A genius needed a lot of sleep after all indeed....

Naruto finished eating, " Thanks! " He ran out and jumped up on top of a building, he looked into the window upside down and saw Shikamaru, " Hey! Shikamaru get up! Its almost Elevan AM! You've slept the morning away! " He knocked on the window.

Shikamaru continued to snore like nothing happened: he had a very heavy sleep and nothing could get him out of this blissful abyss, not even the earth shaking and breaking into two...

" Grr... " Naruto stood back up, " Shadow Clone Jutsu! " He made five clones and they jumped to the opposite building. They jumped at Shikamaru's window and broke through it. " Shikamaru wake up! " Naruto kicked his side.

The brunette boy jerked in a sitting position, his hair all tangled and ruffled on his head, blinking blankly. When he realized it was only Naruto who had broken through his window, he dived back up under the sheets and muttered:
"Go away Naruto... Lemme sleep"

Naruto glared down at him, " Just get up! " Him and his clones yelled. Naruto sighed, " Well fine... Just lay there! " Naruto's clones disseapered and he jumped out the window. " Oh come on! Where is everyone! " He ran down the road and jumped up on top of a building. He went to the very top and sat down. Naruto could see the entire village, " There! " He jumped down and went to the training area. " Maybe if I wait here someone will come. " He started training on a target dummy.

Lee had gotten up early for his training, and it was like all the other days. If Lee couldn't do so many kicks he would do squats, then punches, then jump rope. It was an endless cycle that left Lee bruised and tired at the end of the day. All the training so he could beat the shinobi who were born gifted.

Shikamaru sighed with relief when Naruto left and closed his eyes, eager to go back to sleep as quickly as possible. He rolled onto his side and shifted a little to make his position more comfortable, and then, silence fell again into the room. After several minutes, Shikamaru rolled onto his other side and repeated the same process. Silence fell once again and several other minutes went by. Finally, Shikamaru rolled onto his back and put his arm over his eyes with a groan.
"How troublesome... I can't go back to sleep now.. Tch, stupid Naruto" he muttered while opening one eye and glacing at the clock in annoyance.
"11:30 AM... What a pain..." he mumbled while opening his second eye and yawning loudly.
