What is the nerdiest thing you've done that's 40K related?

Just this morning, I took some paper and sealing wax and did a purity tag for my model box.

The wax'll probably break in the mail, but what I can do, is direct you here.

I was at a loss for words, so the scripture on my seal reads, "desu desu desu desu" over and over.

Omg I am a total 40k nerd. The extent of my nerdyness is large. From claiming things in the name of the Emperor, Swating bugs yelling "die tyranid scum" and yes, praying with my marines befor tournament play. mrgreen I have even ensnared non 40k players to claim things for the Emperor. Mwahaha !

I may direct you to the argument against the tau we had a few months ago. Studying 40k history more then I study world history..

Man, you'd better get an award for that. I have seen awards for insane devotion to duty.

User Image
used to have a lot more chains and skulls on it till people kept knocking them off and not bothering to find them. the models on top are actually attached once they became redundant in my army lists

User Image
the red and white are layered, the gold & silver are drybrushed for a more worn/slightly marbalised look

take your pick

Used to have some pylons from battle for macragge on the top too, the models on top are placed when the machine is mobile for gaming purposes (a fantasy daemon price and a full inquisitor lord retinue minus the medic, a converted termie into aspiraing champ termie)

Personally, I think heading towards you friends house, locking yourselves up in his garage at around 6:00 p.m. with only your models, a pack of coke, and a phone to order pizza, then not leaving untill 6:00 a.m. the next day tired, cold, and satisfied with your victory is one of several reasons why the 40k universe is considered "nerdy."
