*enter contests at any time
*report bad contests to me or a mod.
*ask me to get rid of a thread who's contest has ended

You can't...

*host a scam (100% chance of ban)
*ask for personal info

To enter a contest, you must have posted at least 15 times in this guild (it's not really that much).
