Raiken clan Kekkai Genkai: Manipulating Electricty
The Raiken clan kekkai genkai is the ability to Manipulate Electricity. This is called the '' Raigen ''. It allows them to use the Raiken clan techniques known as the '' Rageigan '' and the '' Orochirai ''.
Rageigan--- A jutsu very similar to the '' Rasengan '', but instead of spinning the enemy and doing damage, the Rageigan is made of the Electric chakra in the body and does damage, while shocking them, making the opponent stunned.
Jutsu level: B Rank
Orochirai--- ( Electric Snake ) A defensive technique, uses electric chakra to fend off enemy attacks. When an enemy attacks physically, the enemy gets zapped by an electric force and the attack is negated. Lasts 5 minutes, once per battle.

Tineta

The Tineta clan is a powerful but peaceful clan. They usually do not fight unless forced, but some are rebellious. They are usually noticeable by their Yellow eyes.
Kekkai Genkai: Weather Control
The Kekkai genkai of the Tineta Clan is the ability to control the weather. They can make it Rain, thunderstorms, rainbows, extreme heat, whatever! There are endless possiblities of jutsus and uses for this kekkai genkai.
Ekuna Clan

The Ekuna clan is very special, since it is the only clan in the Cloud village that is not human. They are Half-Wolf. They are quite ordinary, except for the fact that they have a very weird Kekkai Genkai.
Kekkai Genkai: Ability to Change Weight of Objects
The ability of the Ekuna clan is to change the weight of objects. This includes weapons, clothes, accesories, anything!
Sen clan

The Sen clan is a unrigular clan fer the lightning village they dont use much ninjutsu or genjutsu. They do use some taijutsu but what they do u use alot of is wire's.They hide them behind tree's under sand in the clouds waiting for there enemy to attack then twitch there fingers and the trap is set.All wire's are strung tight towards the enemy pressing him agianst the nearest object until the wire's go straight through them.
Sen Clan's Bloodline limit
The Sen Clan has three main ways to use there wire's. 1:For defence they can create a giant ball around them selve's made of wire or a wall of wire.2:For offence they make different positions with there hands causeing the wire to move towards the enemy and tighten and loosen to kill them.3:For traps they hide in a tree or other hideing place until the person comes then springs it.Wire comes from either the ground above or behind and can instantly kill them.
