Someone needs to explain everything that she's missed.
This includes the new Gaia s**t and all this talk of season three.
Please? Seira is sad and angry, because she has heard that her ship has been crushed into a bloody pulp.

Oh wow, where to begin....
Yes, check out the trailer. That would be a good starting point. There's been a lot of discussion with this sudden surge in Maiko support. Then there's been a lot of discussion about about the new looks for all the characters. There's been some speculation on Katara's new hair style (as far as something relating to Zutara shipping).
For the guild, skim through most of the "Season 3 date" threads. There's some fun in those. Check out Butterfly's "Okay, this needs to be said (rant)" thread. A lot of topics have been talked about there.
That's all I can think of.

Cannonity is not what makes me fall in love with a pairing. (Cannonity? o.O That's a pretty sweet new word.)
I like pairings based on the characters and the chemistry and occasionally the quality of it's fanbase. I'll still ship Zutara, but I have a feeling I'll get a lot more opposition from obnoxious 10 year-old shippers who refuse to listen to reason.

Cannonity is not what makes me fall in love with a pairing. (Cannonity? o.O That's a pretty sweet new word.)
I like pairings based on the characters and the chemistry and occasionally the quality of it's fanbase. I'll still ship Zutara, but I have a feeling I'll get a lot more opposition from obnoxious 10 year-old shippers who refuse to listen to reason.

However, I'm trying to be civil *Twitch twitch*.
I watched the trailer clip up to the part where the fans went crazy (I assume you know what I'm referring to) then flipped out and started yelling at things. I even called my friend and started yelling at her that "ZUTARA HAS BEEN ******** SPITED AND SPIT ON BY THE STUPID ******** FANS! WHERE'S THE LOYALTY???"
She had no idea what I was talking about. >.<
I'm still pretty pissed, but I'm accepting that Zutara shall exist only in the fandom. -.-;
I'll still argue as to why and how it would work better, though. biggrin

Like, who ditches a show just 'cause their pairing didn't work out? And you know what, even the Maiko fans are overreacting to this. I dunno if I'm just jaded or suspicious or have read too much mystery books but to me, Maiko is NOT final and canon 'til the last episode. There is SO MUCH that can happen in 20 episodes. (My friends were confused by my hyperventilating as well. They just tune me out now.)
