What is YOUR BAND'S section with the biggest band nerds?
In my school, I think my snare drum section have the biggest band nerds.
Our leader is like DRUMS NUMBER ONE! GO BAND GO!
When someone messes up, he'd be like LET'S DO THAT AGAIN!!! '
It drives me crazy......
I wonder if I'll grow up to be like him. *worries* xp

I wouldn't say my band is nerdy i would more likely say Weirdddd.. People in my band are awesome smile

lol That would definitely have to be my section, the alto saxes. The four of us love marching band, love concert band, and are in the jazz band after school. Our section leader is also our drum major, and we all practicaly live in the band room. ^_^

I don't think there's any full section of my band that is filled with band nerds; there's always at least one who acts stupid, even when there are only two people in a section (like the tenor saxes). I could go all biased and say the second trumpets, though, since we're the only trumpets that pay attention and do everything.
Nearly everyone that was a band nerd last year graduated. razz

haha! my whole band is crazy! we're all strange and nerdy. it was funny cause me, and my 2 friends zack and brett, we're going to biology after jazz band and we were talking about the scales and what the key signatures were (we talked about scales in jazz band), and zack goes "jeez! can we ever have ONE conversation that doesn't involve band?!?! we are true band nerds!" rofl it was so funny ^^

Considering there's 2 of us. And we're Seniors (Yay! '08!)...

Hmmm....the nerdiest section has to be....... the saxes. They're always so damn precise about everything. They are PrEtTy CrAzY tho......

i think that would be me whee on my end of band camp award, i got the title of 'biggest fan of marching band' (of course, i suggested it in the first place, but everyone agreed). ^^
