The actors who play 'Gwen' and 'Tosh' have been in Doctor Who before?
They were in different episodes playing different characters, but with the same Doctor. (9th).

Actually, you're Half Right. Eve Myles (Gwen, Torchwood) played Gwyneth in Doctor Who, while Tosh was Tosh in both Doctor Who and Torchwood. Yep, Tosh has met the Doctor before razz

Yeah, she played Doctor Toshiko Sato in an episode of Doctor Who called 'Aliens of London'.
Dr Sato was called in to inspect the corpse of an alien who crashed in London who wasn't quite as dead as they thought... if I remember correctly that is I have a terrible memory most of the time. Actually I dont think it was an actual alien... whatever.
So shes the only member of Torchwood 3 besides Jack to have met the Doctor surprised Lucky girl!

It wasn't an actual alien. It was a pig augmented by the Slitheen as a diversionary tactic. The Doctor called it a "Mermaid", referring to the practice in Victorian times of sewing together a cat's head and a fish's body.
