I always go for the funny manga! I like to see people's head explode from shock and stuff like that!! So far, the funniest manga I have read is Gravitation! It has it's serious moments but it also has a hilariously over-protective manager for the band who has unlimited acess to any weapon he want's(including giant laser canons on satelites orbiting the Earth)!!!
But I also think the Girl Got Game series was totally non-stop funny moments!!!
Then there's Wallflower that has it's own hilarious story and situations!!!
What do you think? Is there manga that I haven't heard about that is funny? If there is you better tell me what it's called and what it's about!!! (pulls out a gun and aims it at your head) TELL ME!!!!

I can't think of THE funniest manga, but there are a few titles that I remember as being hilarious. A small list is: Yakitate! Japan, Skip Beat, Tokyo Crazy Paradise, and Cafe Kichijouji (sp?).

sad neutral ...OK...I haven't even heard of any of those... They aren't even on the bookshelves in Books-A-Million or Media Play where I live...BUT PLEASE TELL ME ALL ABOUT THEM!!!!!! 3nodding

Oop, sorry. I forgot to say that except for Cafe Kichijouji, the ones I listed weren't licensed. I just downloaded them off the net. Cafe Kichijouji's coming out in a month or two I believe... It's about a cafe where some of the strangest people work. It's been awhile since I read this, but I remember laughing very hard while reading it, so...
I have the vague feeling that you might also like Hana-kimi. I haven't read that much myself, but it's about a girl whose idol is a high jumper who attends a Japanese all boys school. So for the goal of being able to do the high jump with him (I think that was it....) she cut her hair and enrolled in the school. The manga has cute characters, funny moments, and the most loveable, kinda perverty, gay doctor.

The funniest book I've read so far was Gravitation. That manga is insane. Kodocha is really funny. I love that manga. Sorcerer Hunters is hilarous too.

Most manga I read is pretty funny.
Let's see...
Bleach, Naruto, Rurouni Kenishin, Fushigi Yugi, Ceres, and Fullmetal Alchemist are funny at times.
Puchimon is just random... along with Bobobobobobobob... -__- (Doesn't know how to spell it...)
Kyou Kara Ma no Tsuku Jiyuugyou and Ultra Maniac are funny too.
