Ugh.. Ever since I had that dream about Exmortis, I haven't been able to sleep that well. No matter how hard I try, I can fall asleep.
What do you guys suggest besides hitting mahself on the head with a mallet?

Hmm...well, I found that taking a shower before bed helps me sleep. Also, I need some form of air moving through my room. You can also try putting a pillow between your knees. Drinking warm milk or hot tea is the only other thing I can think of.
Then again I'm really strange. My body temperature is almost always above normal and I need my room to be really hot before I'm comfortable. (I don't know if Fiver noticed the fact that I wore layers even in the heat, but that's an Arizonian for you. ^ ^; )

No drinks before bed either, thanks though.

Pain Killers usually do it for me, but that's just me. Vicadin, whoo, that'll put me to sleep...
Or I stay up for three days because I have troubles sleeping anyway, and at the end of it, my body fails and I fall asleep...
Wow, I just realized, that could be bad for your body <.<...

Yes, hence why I did not completely disapprove. <.< *pats Iomma on head* That and I don't really have a problem with people drinking, so long as you don't get drunk. Well, okay, I have a problem with alchohol in general, but I'm not going to give you crap about it unless you get drunk.

I don't get drunk enough to be an alcoholic, only...once every three months. And that's only been since I joined the Army. Once I leave, I'll probably stick to a fine wine, and only sparingly. I'm also quitting smoking once I leave, but I can't right now, because in my situation, a withdrawl would be disastarous.
Only problem, that's not happening soon. They found out that I'm slowly going deaf in my left ear, so I have to wait and get that taken care of. They say, at the rate I'm losing my hearing, I'll be permanantly deaf in about four months. I'll get better VA benifits for it (even though I've been trying to turn it down, because I'm not a Veteran...yet). So, the next time you'll see me, I'll be sporting a hearing aid in both my ears (my right ear isn't so good after firing all those rounds from a 50 caliber without hearing protection)...
See you in five months! ^^
