Plot
The State has reassembled itself, and the terror of the Philosopher’s Stone seems to have been finally put in the past. Unfortunately some are not content with where it was left off. The State Alchemists have another trouble to worry about. The rising of all sorts of alchemically made creatures and the renegade alchemists who created them have started to rise. All the while the Ishbalan race has started a development of their own. A large group of them have turned a blind eye to their god so they can start using alchemy. With the all three forces colliding at the same time there is going to be bloodshed.

killing=only if the person being killed approves of his own death

bonus points that can be added to a characters attributes will be given out when I feel that rp has been done great justice by an individual, which means the better the rp the more points
the points and attributes aren’t a strict system just something based on common sense, 40 speed is better then 30 speed, and someone with more Alchemic reserve will last longer, but more alchemic power is stronger alchemy.
Only guns allowed is a .38 Pistol, and .22 Pistol

Character Profiles State Gaia name: KvanBearclaw Character name: Gregory Bastian “The Wind Chime Alchemist” Age: 25 Group: State Attributes: Physical Strength-13 Speed-16 Stamina-11 Mental Intelligence-19 Tactics-18 Willpower-13 Alchemy Alchemic Power-23 Alchemic Control-22 Alchemic Reserves-15 Personality: Gregory feels the need to be outgoing around friends, yet exceptionally quiet and respectful around higher ups. His want to go up in the ranks most likely makes him act like this, even though he’s easily due to become something big. Polite to women and very witty Gregory takes pride in his heritage. Appearance:  Equipment: State Alchemist Watch, Throwing Knives, .38 Pistol, Tuning Fork Specialty: A certain transmutation circle is place on the side of the tuning fork where Gregory will hit it with two fingers setting it off. Then when placed to the ground the vibrations can cause either a miniature earthquake or a rather large one. When ringing in mid air the vibrations cause the air to act like a cannon and shoot a ball of air at rather high speeds in a straight line. Bio: Gregory was strongly influenced by alchemy even when he was young since his uncle, grandfather, and father all used alchemy. Although none of them became state alchemist, (because they didn’t have the talent) they still taught it to the most gifted member of the family. He was Einstein compared to the rest of his relatives and they soon realized he was so good he should join the state. Although his mother was highly against this, he still underwent training. All night and day he read books, practiced alchemy and become more physically fit. It wasn’t long before he picked up on an his famous Tuning Fork alchemy. Studying sound vibrations at multiple levels his alchemy became complete. His first test had sent a cannonball of air straight through his grandfathers cabin. During his exam he did well, and showed a little less extreme version of his alchemy. He had impressed the higher ups with it and soon joined the state. His name came from the fact that his tuning fork sounded a lot like a wind chime and when the cannonball of air shot out it had the sound of a traveling wind chime. The earthquakes he made even had a very low tone that resembled a wind chime. Extra:

Personality: David keeps to himself most of the time. He only acts for the military when required. He prefers to work alone. He is often off doing his own thing, with no cares of other peoples’ goals. He is very secretive and never tells people more than he needs to.
Appearance: David is about six feet tall, he has long blonde hair, blue eyes, clean shaven. He wears black pants, a black t-shirt, black boots, a black trench coat, black gloves with blue transmutation circles on the palms, a black fedora.
Equipment: Black gloves with blue transmutation circles on the palms, State Alchemist’s pocket watch, black katana (black wrappings, black sheath, Black steel blade), .38 pistol.
Specialty: Cold-Heart's specialty is to alter and freeze the water molecules in the air. He can turn water molecules in the air into chunks of ice ranging in sizes from bullets to the size of a basketball. He then controls the air currents to direct his frozen projectiles. He can also create walls of ice which he uses as a shield. Plus he can freeze objects by touching them with the palm of his gloves.
Bio: David is an only child who grew up with little human interaction. He wanted to be a state alchemist from a child and studied in most of his free time. He got his nickname due to his proficiency with his freezing alchemy and the fact that he prefers to be alone and does not interact well with others. He passed the state alchemy exam at the age of nineteen years old. His goals are entirely his own. David studied kendo from childhood into young adulthood. He is skilled with his katana, which he carries on his back. David angers easily and will pick a fight with most any person he thinks would give him a good fight.

Personality: Roxes is not a guy that talks a lot. He has a strong, firm presses’ that he has no problem using to get others to listen up when he speaks. He spends most of his time reading books, instead of working on any of the paper work that he has to do, till it is needed.
Appearance: He is 6 feet tall. His hair is jet black with white stripes in it. His hair falls just below his shoulders. His skin is as white as the snow. His muscles big but not overly big. His eyes are as black as his hair. His canine’s are sharpened into fangs.
Equipment: State Alchemist Watch, .22 pistol, black leather gloves with a white transmutation circles on the palm of the left one and one the back of the hand one the right one.
Specialty: He has tattooed a transmutation circle on his tongue. He sucks in the air and breathes it out at a high rate of speed to super height creating a trail of fire. With his gloves he can super height the air around the left glove and form it into a fireball to be thrown. His other glove crates a wall of fire to use as a small shield.
Bio: Roxes was the only one in his family that could use alchemy, so he believed that he was very special. His brother was very happy about what he could do but the rest of his family did not. They kicked him out of their home when he was just sixteen years old. Because of that he would no long speak a lot to other people other then his brother. He joined the State just a year and a half later. When he did this his brother would no longer talk to him. After that he just feel out with ever one else in his home town, and he no longer talked to any one other then the other state alchemist. The only thing that he wishes was different was that his family would speak to him again and visit a few times and allow him back home or at the most one of them would talk to him again. This is something that he knows will never happen so he has just given up on it. So now he just spends most of his time now just reading books and doing the paper work that he needs to do, at home and at the office.
