When you First Step In
- When clients first step into the clinic they're greeted with a nondescript receptionist waiting area, something you can find in any office building. There is subtle, and boring art on the white wall. A cheap wooden desk close to the opposite wall that Selma sits behind. A line of chairs surround the flowing walls and there are little baby toys off in one corner. A hallway splits off to the left, but first time visitors aren't allowed down there. Near the wooden desk is a door.
Behind the Door
- When the client is called behind the door it's normally to get a shot. This is Ronchas's doctor's office and looks a lot like most doctor's offices. There’s a high placed bed with the paper spread over it, posters about the inside of your body and your health, outdated magazines by the single chair, and of course a small sink to wash Ronchas hands. There's also a file cabinet kept off to the side where Ronchas might pull a file out from now and again.
Down the Hallway
- If someone is invited, or sneaks, down the hallway they will be faced with a few doors. One leads to what appears to be a janitorial closet, the double doors at the end of the hallway lead to a hospital area where Ronchas will serve the men who wish to have children. Also, bathrooms are located in the hallway along with one door that remains locked no matter what. Employees wont talk about it and Ronchas doesn't even seem to know it's there.
Hospital
- The small hospital space is always smelling of bleach and kept very well clean. There is a few beds in curtained off rooms, oddly enough normally men lay here the most to give birth as women can go to regular hospitals. During the first surgery, to implant the womb, the husband is not allowed in but for the C-section Ronchas lets both parents be present. There is also a small labatory where Ronchas mixes DNA for the less conventional couples and single parents.
