Process of the Seals
Step One: Can't use seal till near death situation. hurts alot when you use chakra, This is also activated during an Emotional Cycle with high tensing.
Step Two: Half your body is covered in a broken pattern of the seal. Able to use 33.3% of the seal also Granted more control.
Step Three: Your body is covered completely covered with a broken pattern. Able to use 66.6% of the seal.
Step Four: seal lvl 2. Changes your bodily characters and mutates them. Able to use 100% of seal.
You may only obtain the seal if your the strongest Genin in your village and if you are active.
If your not active it will be taken away and you cannot have a demon if you get this and also If you use the Seal to much you will become Orchimaru's Slave if you have cursed seal 1. If you have cursed seal 2 it will only cause pain to activate and deactivate and while in use you will feel minor pains.

Dormant Seal: You Just Received the Cursed Seal and you have no idea what it does. But It hurts you every time you use chakra. - No Power
Part 1- Seal takes over half of body. -Some Power controlled
Part 2- Seal takes over Full Body- Half of Power obtained and controlled
Stage 2- Seal Takes over full body causing heavy changes- Full Power Obtained and controlled

With time the infection can spread and gain a "Level 2" power. The Level 2 power will dramatically increase the wearer's power. When initiated, the Level 2 power will also manifest physical changes in the wearer. The seal will end up covering their entire body, the skin color will change and protrusions will begin sprout from different parts of the body.
The spread of the Level 2 power can come in two fashions: 1) The natural spread of the infection over time. 2) The drinking of the Seishingan drug, which places the individual into a near death state. By ingesting the drug, the infection will forceful spread and cause the body to die. However, the use of the Four Sounds barrier jutsu will reduce the side effect of the curse and allow the body time to adjust to the level of infection without the individual expiring. Once the body becomes able to handle the infection, the users Level 2 power will then be fully activated.

List of the SealsSeals All the seals have now reached the pure point, and thus all have the same amount of power. They all give a large boost in power, but on top of that, each seal has a seperate effect that boosts something a little more. Heaven Seal The Heaven Seal is the curse seal that was placed upon Uchiha Sasuke and Mitarashi Anko. The seal consists of three tomoe, and the original caused flame shape marks across the users body. This seal infuses more chakra into techniques. Earth Seal The Earth Seal is the sister seal of the Heaven Seal being said to be equally strong as the Heaven Seal. It was first placed on Kimimaru. The seal consists of 3 curved line branching away from the centre. This seal gives the user much more defensive strength, allowing them to take much more of a beating, or create much stronger defensive skills. Water Seal The original user of this seal is Sakon. Once activated, the original caused a dot pattern appears on the nin like a leopard. The seal itself is in the shape of three oddly shaped dots. This seal grants the user more chakra, giving them the ability to last longer and do more jutsu. Wind Seal The original wielder of this seal was Kidoumaru. The seal consists of three spirals. This seal grants the user a big boost in their speed. Fire Seal The original wielder of this seal was Jiroubou. The seal consists of three triangles. This seal gives the user much more physical Strength. Lightning Seal The original wielder of this seal was Tayuya. The seal consists of three hook like shapes, making the seal look quite like lightning. This seal gives the user more precision in using high level techniques, allowing them to accomplish more, with less effort. This makes both ninjutsu and genjutsu more effective.

Sorry, but I don't think it is fair for one character to possess so many limited-person traits. He currently is a Kage and Akatsuki, he asked to be Demon host and Cursed seal apart from Kage and Akatsuki. sweatdrop
